I dropped off my wife's diamond wedding ring. The guy there quoted the price on the repair, he did a great job remounting the diamond and new crown. It looks better than new, and he did exactly what he said he would do for the price he quoted. I was extremely happy and purchased a pair of diamond earrings on the way out! Great place!!

I recently visited Creative Jewelers & met with Tim. My arthritis has gotten worse & my knuckles are quite a bit larger making it very uncomfortable to wear my three diamond wedding rings. Tim has dealt with the same situation in the past & he was very helpful in offering me options. We chose to combine the three bands into a custom band with a hinge. I received a phone call yesterday afternoon from Tim that my new ring was ready. I was so excited & left immediately to go & pick it up. It is absolutely beautiful & I could not be more pleased!!! Tim did an outstanding job and was extremely professional. I look forward to doing business with Creative Jewelers in the future.

I inherited a beautiful pair of earrings made of lucite, white gold and brilliant diamonds. I don’t wear earrings much plus they were heavy. Tim and his people at Natural Creations do some amazing work! While in the Outer Banks with my Fiancée we stopped in to their store to window shop for possible Wedding rings. We immediately noticed their attentiveness as well as the "no hassle" video we got from them as we were just window shopping. After seeing some rings that peaked our interest but not quite right Tim introduced us to their computer design system. Using his system as well as his experience we found a ring right for us. Fast forward 6 months later we were finally getting ready for our big day. Being prudent I still looked at many different jewelry stores and never found what I was needing and within my budget. Reaching back to Tim he made necessary modification to the original ring idea keeping in my budget as well as meeting a very demanding delivery time line. Tim even went out of his way to meet me to personally deliver the customized, one of a kind ring to me because of my own scheduling difficulties picking it up! That is service that is rare! I got exactly want I wanted, when I needed it and my new Bride cried when it went on her finger for the first time.... thank you Tim and your Team that made this possible!

My husband purchased several rings, a necklace, and a bracelet over the past two years at CJs for me and we were very happy with what we bought. Tim, Frank, and the staff were extremely nice, patient and helpful. I had some rings that I had accumulated over the years, but no longer wore. I didn't know what to do with them because many had sentimental value. The salesperson suggested that I haveTim design and craft a custom piece using some of my stones. I thought what a wonderful idea. Tim created two rings for me that are absolutely beautiful. They hold a lot of memories and I will definitely be wearing them.

I took my mother's ring which she bequeathed to me to Creative Jewelers and asked Tim Crank if he could take the diamonds and sapphires from the ring and mount them on a cross for me. Tim explained the entire process in great detail, he kept me informed as to what he was doing, and the price, and today I picked up the exquisite cross he designed for me. It is absolutely stunning, and has exceeded my expectations. Tim is a master in his craft, and I can't thank him enough for what he did for me. My fiancé proposed with amazing Art Deco antique ring with 100 years of history. Fast forward to the day of our wedding and a diamond fell out. In a panic I just started calling jewelers to see if they could fix it for the wedding. I stumbled upon Creative Jewelers and honestly expected nothing more than a somewhat small mom and pop jeweler. I walked in and what I discovered was a jewelry store that rivaled any high end jewelry store I could think of. I was introduced to Tim who was thoughtful and obviously skilled at his craft. I had such a great experience with him that I choose to use him to re-create my setting and restore it to its original glory. So talented, friendly and patient. Tim, Frank and the staff have all helped me at one time or another. Sometimes I just didn't know what I wanted and they made suggestions and left me to browse and "ponder". Whether a basic charm, designer piece or special creation, items are always ready when promised, high quality and at the cost quoted. The only jeweler I use.

I went to this location to resize my engagement ring. They weren't able to assist because it would have voided my ring's warranty. Despite this, they were still helpful and took the time to explain the resizing process to me. :) Very friendly and knowledgeable!
