Robert was the service representative and helped fix an issue with my main waterline in my yard. He did everything while digging to save my grass and took such care in everything he did while digging, fixing the leak issue and putting it all back together. He had a great attitude and just overall great customer service! The office folks were also very pleasant when I called with an issue to be resolved. Overall great experience. Price was not horrible but was probably not the cheapest but customer service goes along way for me.

Amazing Service from Start to Finish!

We own a property in NC but live on the west coast. We had an emergency situation this morning which required immediate repairs. I found All Plumbing Services of the Triad on Google, and based on their reviews, I chose them. SO HAPPY I DID! The plumbing issue was handled with dedication and care from start to finish. I received constant updates from Matt, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using All Plumbing Services of the Triad again. A+++++

I had some sink problems ( after 8pm last night, Friday) and was amazed when I was called back quickly AND got an appointment for this morning! The man who arrived was prompt, courteous and hard working! My sink was messed up way more than first thought. He was thorough and pleasant. He gave me "aftercare" advice so it wouldn't happen again. I now have a working sink and I am thrilled with this company. Thank you so much! I absolutely will call them again if I need it!

Found this company through Google. Needed some plumbing work done in a home I just bought. Dale arrived early and was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He not only fixed most of my issues, but also gave me some great general plumbing advice. He saved me a lot of time, $$ and effort - I was ready to replace my toilets, but he helped me see there's still a lot of life in them. The price was fair for the quality of work. I will contact this company again for sure for future plumbing needs and make sure to request Dale. Thanks again!

I was overly pleased with the great professionalism that Robert and Brooke gave. They were honest and did a fantastic job for repairing the main water shutoff Valve in my home. The cost of the job was reasonable. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Brooks and his team came out same day and repaired a plumbing nightmare. The problem was complex and was caused by the previous homeowner trying to bypass an issue. All Plumbing Services put in way more time and effort than they had initially anticipated to make sure the issue was identified and repaired for good.

They have also helped us with smaller issues such as a clogged garbage disposal. Very excellent service, very professional.

Had a leak in our house over the weekend and this was the first company to give me a call back. They were courteous enough to let me know ahead of time that the originally scheduled technician was running behind schedule, In fact, they dispatched a different crew that could get here sooner without me asking. Once the crew arrived, which consisted of Emile and Clay, the problem was quickly diagnosed, and repairs made. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional, and took the time to get it right with safety and cleanliness in mind. I am saving this company to my personal contacts and highly recommend them for their plumbing services due to my experience today.

Needed to have a leaking toilet re-seated and called All Plumbing. Two guys were at our house within 30 minutes and took care of the clog caused by old broken down seal and reset the toilet. They did their work quickly and left the bathroom clean. I would recommend them to a friend.

I highly recommend these guys. Called them at after hours, told me by 10 am they would have someone available and by 8 am they were at my door. Dale was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote and he did the job very fast and charged me the exact amount of the quote. Couldn’t ask for more from a professional team. Save yourself some money and headache and call these guys instead of the big name up selling companies.

Had a gas line in the warehouse damaged by a trash hopper. Called them up and had guys here first thing in the morning. Gave me an estimate and then performed all the work by lunch. Great company, very reasonable rates, will definitely use again!

I highly recommend All Plumbing Services of the Triad. Sunder ended up fixing a plumbing problem we had at our house that multiple plumbers couldn’t figure out. He was always on time and had time to answer any questions or concerns we had. He gave a written out estimate that detailed everything that was to be done and the price estimate. We felt that price was fair especially given the quality of service you receive.

Excellent. Needed repair on a leaky outdoor spigot. I called them at 4:20 on a Friday afternoon and they arrived within 30 minutes and fixed it in 30 minutes! Very professional, really good work, courteous. Will definitely use them again.

These guys couldn't be more awesome even if they tried! Called them at 8am because my shower diverter stopped working. They scheduled me for 11:30am, but were at my house by 9:30am the same day. They gave me three different options to fix the problem and quotes for each one. They fixed it the same day and I couldn't be more pleased! Great job guys! Highly recommend!

All Plumbing Services of the Triad did an awesome job installing several toilets. The lady that answered the phone was very courteous. Phone calls were returned quickly. The installer was very knowledgeable and professional. I like that a written estimate was provided first. No surprises. Highly recommend and will call them again in the future. Thank you.

Emil and Brooks were pleasant to have in our home. They worked well together and did a fine job on our shower fixture and outside faucet. All Plumbing should be happy to have these two gentlemen on their team.

All Plumbing was amazing from the very first phone call. They were responsive to our issues and came out the next day. Sonny and Sunder were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to fix the problems. As we are in a recently purchased house and new to being on a well system, both gentlemen answered all of our questions and provided additional recommendations. Prices are reasonable and, while I can't say having plumbing issues is ever pleasant, working with Sonny and Sunder definitely was. Highly recommend the use of All Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I was fortunate enough to have the owner Sunny show up for my plumbing issue. He was amazing, took his time examined every faucet and potential area that could be the culprit. Measured rooms to isolate possible origin and kept me informed of what he was doing!! He even unclogged my disposal while here!! Now that is service! Sunny is as friendly and accommodating as his name, great attitude…. He fell short of the old adage of an overweight plumber with an exposed crack! LOL He was easy on the eyes and extremely nice. OOH LA LA

I can't find enough words to express my appreciation for how Emil & Sunder went above & beyond to diagnose & fix this horrible problem. They worked diligently & tirelessly to get our sewer back- up corrected & this was on a Saturday!! While it's never a good time for such a thing to happen, but this happened on top of losing a loved one just 10 days prior & my pain & grief were palpable. They were empathetic & kind on top of being proficient, professional & diligent. This company will be my go-to for any plumbing needs in the future...it will be comforting to know I don't have to worry about who to call in the future...l'll be in good hands.

I highly recommend All Plumbing Services of the Triad. I had a problem with a broken dishwasher hose. Due to the construction of my kitchen, the dishwasher is not right next to the sink so getting the hose repaired/replaced was a tricky endeavor. Sunder was able to fix the problem. He was very responsive from the first phone call and able to come out the next day. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and was meticulous in cleaning up after completing the work.
