I have had great service both in the post office and especially from my carrier bringing and delivering my mail at home!
I was at the post office today. Please replace the American flag at the post office! It is not respectful to our country in its current condition!!

One of the better post offices I have been to. It's a small post office with usually just one or max two registers open(compare that to clayton or myrtle beach with 4-5 open) so the line can sometimes be long. However they are very quick with the line and very helpful. No issues as of yet and I go through there once or twice a week for my business.

Friendly people, and they know their business. I've been a customer for years and have rarely had anything go wrong with the service.

Most employees are helpful and nice. A negative for "work from home" businesses is that they close at 11am on Saturdays.

They do not care and they lie. I have not been receiving my forwarded mail and even AFTER I called and they confirmed a package would be forwarded they sent it back the sender the same day. They are doing NOTHING at this location and need to be fired.

Said there was an “animal interference” when it was time to drop my package off but all my regular mail made it into the mailbox just fine I was sitting in the porch at the time as well. There was no animal.

Locked the doors 4 minutes early, saying "I don't go by your clock". While I'm looking at the WORLD CLOCK and my atomic watch, that are correct. I've had consistently bad service at this location. Don't waste your time here.

Drove all the way out here only to be greeted by a makeshift sign informing people they would be closed until 2pm. I arrived at noon, so no clue why they would close for 2 hours during a peak time. There were several other unhappy folks outside as well. Guess I'll have to send off my documents another day...

Tracking said the package left the Franklinton PO at 7:10 in the morning and would be delivered by 7:00pm. Received a notice that stated "we attempted to deliver your package on November 27 at 6:56pm but could not access the delivery location."

The "delivery location" is a mailbox at the end of my driveway that was totally accessible. On the day the package was supposed to be delivered, none of my neighbors in my culdesac, including myself, received mail.

Also, a package from Amazon was reported as being delivered by the USPS at 7:10 pm but it wasn't.

This is not the first time that a package was supposed to be delivered by the USPS, but wasn't. I will file a complaint with the Postal Inspector General to see if the delivery issues can be resolved.

Terrible service. They almost never answer the phone. Their constantly leaving counter causing people to wait longer then needed. Really wish there was an alternate one i could go to. They tend to be extra attentive to their white customer's, when they are not off wondering around and eating.

I dislike Franklin County Postal Service they feel like their drivers cannot make mistakes and then they don’t have to answer to what they did with your mail….

Rude customer service , ask why I'm wearing a mask and that we should not use them anymore. You don’t know if I have a condition or something it’s my decision please respect my decision as I respect yours ..
