Burger King

One of the biggest and cleanest Burger Kings I’ve been to. Restrooms are poorly designed (at least the men’s) but clean. They even had Halloween decorations up.

Fast, friendly service. The food was good. My Royal Perks number, would not work correctly. So the manager adjusted it so that I could redeem for my treat! And what was so sweet was, she was the one taking my order and I did not ask for help she just gave it!

Have to admit, this BK experience was great. Had the new mushroom melt combo meal with cheesey tots side order. Wife had Whopper Jr with bacon. All fresh and tasty. Was very surprised and pleased. No photos, too busy eating. Thanks.

The staff was friendly, the place was clean and smelled good, our food was exactly what I expected when I order from a Burger King. I'm not expecting three Michelin star dining to give a place five stars. People need to stop being so picky.

Courtney at the drive thru window is so friendly and helpful. Food is always good.

Very nice girl in the drive through. Very fresh food & coffee. Sausage patty for my dog too. Lovely location just outside the Smoky Mountain National Park.

Drive thru lady was so sweet! They are packed and it was still good timing. AND she saved us money! We love that place.

Despite being short staffed, service was excellent. Super friendly staff that explained the delays but still get your food out in a timely manner. If there is something incorrect they will replace it quickly and offered a genuine apology. By far best place for breakfast on a budget.

Not normally a place that I eat regularly but nostalgia of a BK Whopper struck my fancy- not once but twice. These whoppers were the finest that I've eaten anywhere in the BK world. The individuals at the drive-through were wonderful, & conversive.
