We were with our last commercial vehicle insurance company 8+ years. Totally lost our trust in them. After a rough week of getting a major runaround... we gave Brewer Insurance company a call on 5-11-23...and have been clients of them ever since!!! We have the honor and privilege of having Ms Tameka Hans as our personal agent. We honestly can't say enough about her!!! She has been phenomenal since our first verbal conversation!! She is very articulate... kind... patient... good sense of humor... and so on point with her knowledge of trucking insurance. I don't know how she does it... but she can answer an email as fast as she answers a phone!! Lol.. you will NEVER wait a long amount of time for any information or questions that need to be answered. Many of times we as truckers have to call our agents for certain paperwork while on the road and it's great to know we have TAmeka Hans on our end to be there with/for us.
As "truckers" we get a "bad rap" for do many things. I would just like to say that a huge majority of us are just hard working people trying to make a living... and while our wheels are turning on down those highways for days and weeks at a time... we are content in knowing that we have the EXACT coverage we need ..not only to protect ourselves ... but everyone and everything we deal with on a daily basis.
