I found myself looking for a new car after being in an accident. I stumbled upon a BRZ at Capital Ford of Hillsborough I immediately fell in love with. The only thing more enjoyable than getting to drive this car home was buying it. There are a lot of bad dealerships nowadays; buying a car is hardly a pleasant experience. The team at Capital Ford of Hillsborough is one of the few exceptions left, and I am very grateful to have come across their lot. I usually take off the emblems as soon as I get home, but I have kept them on a little longer this time. Communicative, eager and never overbearing - Visiting Hillsborough will always be a delight. Bought my first ever new car here on Monday May 8, and I just want to say that we've never had a better experience. My credit is not great, nor is my fiance's, and we were stuck upside down in a Mercedes. Every dealer we went through told us no, until we came here. Our sales guy David was fantastic, worked with us, got the numbers just right, and now I have a brand new car. Loved that I got to meet the general manager too. Dennis and the team at Capital Ford were awesome. Financing was quick, easy and we were provided with a better rate then two different banks. Staff was knowledgeable about all the different components (financing, vehicle, phone integration). Made the entire car purchase seamless and I will be back in the future. Dennis went the extra mile to help my wife get completely setup with all the tech (ford app, iPhone connectivity). Truly grateful.

Since purchasing my 2014 Escape at Capital Ford (in 2014 from Joel), I have received regularly-scheduled maintenance there as well. The Service Team is always responsive. Tim is a pleasure to work with as is Grace. I most recently worked with John and was very satisfied with the appointment. I will also add, this has been the least-needy vehicle I have ever owned and I have been 100% satisfied with this purchase.

Tim and his team did a phenomenal job assisting me with servicing my F-150. From the very beginning Tim was welcoming and honest about time periods and kept me updated on status of the repairs. I had never been to the Hillsborough dealership before but I’m very happy that I found them and they took very great care of my truck. It runs great after a transmission replacement and even though it’s a little over an hour drive from my house and there are other Ford locations closer to me I will still opt for going to see the team over at the Hillsborough location. I highly recommend everyone to see them! They were able to get my truck in right away and worked diligently to have it back to me in a timely manner. We were on a tight timeline to get out of town and he let us test drive two trucks back to back to make sure we were making the right choice, coordinated bringing in a truck for us, stayed late to close the deal, and was honest and easygoing the whole time. No haggling, funny business, or trying to keep us there all day.

Definitely worth the drive from Greensboro just to work with this team. Highly recommend these guys- even if you’re not from in town.
