Fryday Nite Fish

The absolute best fish in Eastern NC!! Get there early to avoid disappointment. Fried hard just like I like it. Shrimp is golden brown.

Customer Service is everything to me. Even if the food wasn’t the best, I would still support but the food WAS the best! Fresh and seasoned to perfection! Plus I felt very welcomed, great customer service. I’m a sold customer!

Stopped in while on a Sunday motorcycle ride. Ordered the $5 flounder sandwich. Large piece of fried Flounder perfectly seasoned and fried to order, It comes with two slices of white bread wrapped around it. I’m not a fan of white bread but it was a perfect accompaniment. Sandwich comes with Sweet tea made from real tea bags and sweetened with real sugar which is becoming rare here in North Carolina. Side order of sweet coleslaw was fresh and obviously made on site.

This place is awesome. Heres their double fish sandwich. So good. Will be going back again. Cash only though.

I am not typically a seafood person and usually avoid it all together because I am so picky. This was my first time here and I must say this is probably the best fried seafood plate I have ever had! Everything was perfect, I will definitely be back and bringing a few people with me! *In the picture is the trout/shrimp plate, came with a side, hush puppies, and a drink* Also I didn't get the try the desserts because they were out but they looked really good, something to look forward to next time! OH YEA MAKE SURE YOU BRING CASH, THIS IS A CASH ONLY SPOT!

Made me think of my grandmother and grandfather. I thought I was eating her cooking for a moment. The setup is nice. While I ate enjoyed a conversation with a pastor that sat behind me. Im going back soon.

We had heard some great things about Friday Nite Fish, and boy they were not wrong! Talk about some good food! I highly recommend them!

Nice seafood alfresco dining! The fish and shrimp were delicious, but the honey corn on the cob not so much!

This is the absolute best seafood restaurant in Pitt county. The owner is very friendly and personable to every single customer. People are usually lined up to place their orders. But, that says a lot about how much in demand this restaurant is. The wait time is reasonable. The food is cooked fresh to order. The hush puppies take me back to my childhood days.

Everything is always fresh and delicious in the Backyard. I had the fish stew, for the first time today & it is pure awesomeness.
