The Pretzel Twister

I got cinnamon sugar pretzel bites and they were made fresh. They’re very delicious.
I decided I wanted to try a lemonade with some boba. Hong was super nice and gave me some suggestions. I settled for a regular lemonade with strawberry boba. The lemonade was fresh and tasted homemade. I will definitely be back anytime I’m in Anderson

I love this place! This is my son’s absolute favorite place! The girl with brown hair and piercings is so sweet and made the wait worth it!

The food is very delicious and the people are friendly. The pretzels are freshed cooked so they are perfect for people like my wife who was having trouble with her teeth at the time of writing.

He made the pretzels right in front of us, and he was extremely kind. The pretzels were also amazing. Perfect amount of saltiness. 10/10 👌🏽

Good pretzel. Some people don't seem to get this but you have to wait for food made fresh.

Delicious pretzels. Owner seems sweet but the wait can be long if he doesn't have help.

The food here is always good. But I tried to order a pretzel today and was told I wasn't allowed to order one of the Monday-Thursday deals. This was after waiting a solid 5 minutes for the employee to acknowledge that I was at the register. She came out of the nearby corner with her phone still out. She then proceeded to prepare my order as slowly as possible. I love this place but I was disappointed by this experience.

I ordered the mini hotdogs and had to wait for a long time- 10 minutes. The girl making them wasn’t in a hurry. Then I went back to ask for mustard- she ignored me until I just started asking- then she said mustard was and extra .64 cents - I didn’t have cash so if I had known that before it would have been nice. Not running my card for .64 cents! Not going back there.

Manager Han, awesome dude, hard worker! Other two employees stood around doing nothing, eating inventory, talking to their girlfriend, and looking at their phone. Han washed his hands, like I said, awesome dude....two other employees never did. The two employees let han work hard while they did nothing but screw up our order resulting in a refund, because me and my wife couldn't wait another 20 minutes for one single pretzel.

the regular boba balls are disgusting and definitely not fresh. they have a very gross rubbery texture. a waste of $6

My husband and I have ordered from this place before; however, today, March 17, 2023, we were totally disappointed with the service. When I placed our order for large pretzel bites, I asked if it came with a drink? The cashier responded no, so I ordered a medium drink too, the total came up to $12.04. As I was waiting, I viewed the display board which advertises pretzel bites and a medium drink combo (size of pretzel bites is NOT indicated). Moreover, I pointed this out to the cashier that the sign shows that you have a pretzel bite combo with a drink. She responded by saying that the combo is for medium pretzel bites. As I waited, another employee fixed my drink, she had her mask pulled down to her chin and she was scratching her hair. Afterwards, she took that same hand and lightly sealed my drink. I waited, then I called the cashier back over to change my order. I told her that she should have done or offered suggestive selling when I had asked if the large pretzel bites came with a drink. I ordered the combo and an additional small pretzel bites. She refunded me my money from my first order, and I ended up paying $14.94 which was a better deal for the price. I also asked her to make sure the other girl (short, white female with several piercings in her nose) NOT to touch my food because she had been scratching in her hair, and I said that she needed to go and wash her hands. The cook (owner/manager) seemed to get upset and said that their hands don't touch the food. I quickly responded, " It doesn't matter, her hands are touching the utensils that's touching my food; she need to go wash her hands!! As a reminder, we are still in a pandemic, we are not in the clear with this Covid-19 yet. I also, asked that my drink be replaced because she contaminated my lid by tapping her fingers all around the top to seal it. I really should have canceled the order altogether. Anytime you are ordering from a food business and there's an issue with cleanliness, it is best to go elsewhere. Furthermore, our pretzel bites were not prepared as before, they were heavily coated with cinnamon sugar, this was about all that you could taste. It likely that we will not return.

Got a number 4 and said it came with a drink. Got lemonade and they charged me $3.30 extra with telling me lemonade not included
