We’ve gotten my engagement ring and wedding band from them and both look amazing and were special order. The whole staff when my band was delayed kept us updated on the delay and was so nice and helpful and even apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault. My rings are stunning! They’re very good with the warranty’s too I work EMS and knocked a few small diamonds out and they were replaced very quickly. We will definitely be repeat customers!

They are always so sweet and very helpful. I took my husbands watch to be resized around may and they did an amazing job. I took his necklace today to be fixed and they did it no problem. They are fast and amazing at what they do. I highly recommend them

1st time customer. Brought in a bracelet for repair. Novella was welcoming, pleasant, courteous and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Best of all, the repair was completed and I picked up the bracelet 24 hours later. I also spoke with William about designing a ring. He provided great information and I scheduled a future appointment.

My husband and myself went in several months ago with hopes to have a custom Anniversary ring made. We showed William what we had in mind and started the process. From the beginning, the staff as well as William went over the top to make our experience unique and special. When we went in to pick up our custom piece, we were both blown away. William exceeded ALL expectations. William also took my grandmother's engagement ring and made it into a custom wedding band to match my new ring. Absolutely the best experience hands down. If we could leave ten stars we would. From the very beginning, William listened to every vision we had, continuously checked in with updates, and has saved us money wherever he could. Our ring, made from two grandmothers’ rings, is more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. I believe William is the only jeweler in the area who can actually design and create pieces from scratch, which is perfect for the couples who can’t find what they’re imagining in a mass produced jewelry catalog. Great place to do business, prices are fair, service is professional and courteous. Staff is bright and friendly not snobbish in the least. They dont hover over you while you browse either. Fitted my vintage Omega with an excellent leather strap. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

We previewed everything on the website. The ring we wanted wasn’t in stock, but the staff quickly contacted the manufacturer and we got the ring ordered. The ring arrived sooner than expected. The staff was great to work with and selection online and in the store were excellent.

They are always friendly and the store has a welcoming atmosphere. They do fantastic work and are professionals with your jewelry. They even call a few days after you have work done on your jewelry to see if you are still happy with there work and answer any questions you may still have. A+ Professional’s.
