From the initial call, the customer service was very informative and professional. I received a call when the technician was on his way. He, Michael, arrived on time and was courteous inside the home. He was also informative and honest throughout our interaction and we were very pleased with his work and the septic tank inspection service he provided.

John and Jesse were wonderful to take on my dilemma! They worked with another plumber who had pulled out his back and had to get to his Dr. They came to my rescue and did a great and professional job. I am so grateful for their Services and my new hot water heater! Marcia M

Our experience with Roto Rooter in Anderson, SC, was a pleasure from start to finish. Michael Poley was very pleasant and professional and solved our problem (replacing an old, dead garbage disposal) quickly and smoothly. He answered our questions and coached us on how to maintain our new disposal. The cost was very reasonable.

Great services! My office is a showroom design studio and we’ve had issue’s with a sink, called around 5pm yesterday and someone was at my office early the next day! Jake Martin was very knowledgeable about what was happening and had great answers with suggestions. I will be calling them going forward for any plumbing needs! Also want to add the customer service reps are always so nice and pleasant, in todays world many don’t care and this company everyone in every position is positive and great to work with 🙂

Jake was very friendly and professional.He is the right employee for this job.He didn't hesitate to do what was required to unclog my drain & even went under my house to see which way the drain lines ran. We were lucky I had a tractor to remove the cover for the septic tank.
