The process thus far has been very smooth. Everyone from the office has been swift in replying! Most communication has been completed via email, which is also nice due to my husband's and my crazy work schedules. Very pleased thus far and we adore the home itself!

This is my first experience with Gatekeeper Property Management and so far its been extremely easy. The monthly payment and entering a ticket via their app is extremely user friendly.

I’ve been renting with this company for the past three years now have no complaints. I have a big yard front and back. The rooms are spacious. My children and I are so grateful we found this place a week before I started my job three years ago. I was searching for a place for about six weeks. I looked up and down and around and around constantly put down a deposit but I just couldn’t find anything. I actually applied for another unit and they transfer my deposit over to this unit that I’m currently in now. I got the place instantly because I already pre-approved two months back. Thank you so much gatekeeper keep up the good work and I love your office. It’s a office/storage area if your ever renting your office space ill moving here lol. If looking for new Start Definitely give gatekeeper a call. Don’t forget to smile God loves you and so do I.

So far so good. Other than a couple questions which they were able to get an answer for me very quickly we haven’t needed much. I did like the fact I was able to get an answer very quickly, and was able to get somebody on the phone after couple short prompts on the phone.

Since I am new I have not interacted with many departments. Those that I have are very responsive.

Every interaction with Gatekeeper properties has been stellar. They communicate effectively and respond quickly to all my questions. This is my first time renting out a property. I was impressed that Brett, the owner, wanted to speak to me himself at first. He was informative, polite and called me within the hour which I appreciated because I was in town for the the day to get things squared away. Since then, Candace, Donna, Mike and Nancy have been wonderful to work with. As a small business owner for over 40 years I appreciate good service and recognize when I'm receiving it. No issues thus far, been in the property for about 2 years. Service request have been taken care of- requested a tree to be cut down as the branches were hitting my cars during every storm- they were very prompt. Easy online pay portal - seamless in my opinion.
