The Big Burger Meal with wagyu burger was delicious!! Curly fries hot and crispy! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I ordered 3 Arby's classic roast beef sandwiches, and within seconds (I kid you not) these professionals handed me my order. Zero wait time, zero hassle and 100% efficiency paired with customer service. As a business major and someone who has worked a multitude of fast-food positions I commend this amount of production. Whomever is working this corporate page of evaluation and analysis needs to find out who these staff members and manager/managers are under for the exact store and the precise time I ordered this food from, after that give them one heck of a bonus on top of a raise in their hourly wage. Service like this is simply unmatched in every other fast-food experience I have met so far in my life. To shed some background they had a full drive through, a half-full dining area, and me and my partner taking up half of their parking lot (in a boom-truck). Commend them, promote them, and pay them for a remarkable feat of service, cleanliness, and THE most admirable workspace I have ever witnessed in a fast-food restaurant. This branch and the employees working there deserve the highest recognition and the greatest reward for their services rendered. I never write reviews so take this into account as well.

Went through drive threw the guy on speaker Tyree was super nice tried the fish sticks they were good but Igot curly fries instead of the crinkle I asked for

I have done the Arby's thing on and off over the years we have had them here and I have had my ups and downs with them and I rate them high for the best fish sandwich for the money anywhere around back when we had fish..Tonight I was knocked off my feet with the new GYRO 2 for $7..WOW! What a tasteful meal.I got the Greek and will be back for whatever else is offered in that sand witch/meal line..T-Riffic..I highly recommend this deal and it will feed two easily enough.Lots of meat,lettuce,tomato. onion,sauce and Peta bread.See you again soon..

Let me be brief.I saw the TV ad for 2 days about the HUGE burger so I went online to find they (started) below $7..when I arrived about 30 minutes ago,I found they were just short of 10 bucks each.Well,instead of 2..I got one and split it with the wife.These were the size most of us grill to cover the bun and they loaded it down with lettuce.tomato and onions etc...Very tasteful but as long as Arby's offers 2 for 7 items that's where I will stay..10 bucks for a burger is way out of my reach in Rutherford Co. NC as a retiree and I don't do Mc Donalds anymore.Arby's, you have hit on a delicious burger but simply out of reach for we older folks on average.

Great place. Orders can take some time, but my orders haven't ever been wrong, so that's nice.

Went to Arby's of Forest City today(10-27-21) at around 5 pm with a huge order per usual. Being that my order was the size it was I always expect the worse and pull over to make sure my order is correct. To my surprise it was spot on minus some condiments in which I went inside to grab. There was a young man in charge and I have to say the inside looked fantastic and everyone was doing their jobs. Didn't get his me but just want to say you're doing a great job and thanks

This is my new favorite location. Donte and his team are squared away. Very smooth operation on his shift. This is the 2nd time eating here and Donte remembered me and my family very well. That means something nowadays. Donte and his team are very professional and treats everyone that walks through the door with respect and gives the best customer service I have seen in a while. Not only is the food great but to sit and watch this crew work is a joy. Thank you for the love and experience guys. There is a very bright future ahead for Donte and his shift and if anyone fails to see this and don’t appreciate it, I would love to hire him. Thanks again guys.

Absolutely love my local Arby's!!!! Hardly ever a long wait compared to other local fast food chains. It's super great they have the deal from 2 - 5! My kids love the $1 Ghirardelli shakes & curly fries! Lots of menu options. Salads to Sandwiches! Don't forget your Arby's sauce & cheddar cups! ♡♡♡ Staff is always pleasant! Amazing food! I love HAPPY HOUR! Arbys is truly the one fast food place I can go and not get food poisoning. Right now I am in love with the root beer floats it goes good with their buffalo chicken slider and curly fries.

No more potato cakes on the menu = SAD FACE. On another note the regular roast beef and jamoca shakes are the bomb. The place was clean and the counter person was very nice.

Prices have gone up, but what you pay for is reflected in the food quality! This location also has the wagyu beef burger in stock! Nice staff and fast service!
