She examined my family history and recommended some proactive tests to give peace of mind. She has practical advice with lifestyle diet and exercise. Her demeanor is professional and caring. I couldn't be happier.

Dr. Griffith is the Best!

I went on my first appointment with dr. Griffith on June 3, 2021 for severe wrist pain. The clinic was completely empty (btw) She said she was going to make a referral to the Raleigh hand and shoulder clinic for me.
I have no complaints about dr. Griffith's attention that day . She seems to be nice.
At the end of the appointment, she accompanied me to the reception and asked the lady to make me the referral and another appointment. Today is June 16 and I just called the doctor's office because I still haven't received a call from the other clinic. After being on hold for 10 minutes because they couldn't find information about my appointment, a lady told me that the referral had never been sent. I explained everything to her and the lady treats me badly as if I was asking her to make a referral over the phone or if I was a crazy person just lying.
2 weeks of intense pain, waiting for a referral they never sent.
2 weeks working with extreme pain.
I called again and left a voice note to the doctor's nurse asking how it was possible that after 2 weeks I did not receive a call. And a few minutes later they called me to apologize and do their job. Now I have to wait 2 more days for the referral to go through.
Idk who is to blame for this, but the lack of responsibility and the lack of care for the well-being of the patient are beyond me.

Dr. Griffith provided the absolute worst experience with a physician I've ever had. If you are an intelligent, educated person trying to advocate for yourself in any way, this is NOT the doctor or the practice for you. The Very short version: I made an appointment with her through my insurance company's assistance as they require me to have a PCP in order to get a couple of referrals. After 10 days of severe pain, and a spinal X-ray which was abnormal, my neurologist asked me to request an order for an MRI. She refused. AdditionalIy I was previously seen by Duke eye care specialist who needed to do more testing and they requested a referral from her themselves. She refused. Seemingly threatened by the requests of the Duke Specialist and the Neurologist, she refused to issue either requested referrals. Duke specialist even called on my behalf and she simply said no. How a doctor believes they should have the power to dictate the type of care or specialist one seeks for a medical issue is beyond me.

The absolute worse doctor in the Triangle. How this doctor's office is still operational is beyond me. She does the minimum to get by, is always in a rush when seeing patients and has NO bedside manner. Don't waste your time here. Last few appointments the entire office was empty, not one person in the waiting room- their decreased quality of care speaks for itself.
