Jason and his team have gone above and beyond to begin our new policy. We left another company after 15 years and only wish we had done it sooner. He has followed through with us on numerous occasions and is easy to get a hold of and speak directly to him. Even though we are saving money with them, it’s been more of the level of professional family friendly service we receive that keeps us happy. This is a great company and they have a local feel to their business model where you don’t feel like just another policy number from a huge corporate company. I have had Farm Bureau Insurance for several years, since I got tired of State Farm's inconsistency. It has been a pleasure dealing with both Farm Bureau and with Steve Arrington's office. The real star at this location is Katie. She is so easy to deal with. We have added several new cars and new drivers in my household and it was all easy as could be. We were hit by a drunk driver last year, and Katie got me all of the information and FB contacts I needed to push the other driver's insurance to do the right thing. Best service possible. My agent has answered question as late as 10:00 PM and they emmediately insured a commercial vehicle while I was at the dealership. I just had to run by and sign the documents. I've never worked with a more responsive agency and the rates are competitive.
