I’ve been going to Southern Beauty since they first opened. I’ve had many visits with Jessica and Melody throughout the years. They are both so knowledgeable, and are willing to explain everything in detail, and recommend what’s best for you!
I love the office staff too! They are the sweetest! Southern Beauty 10/10 for sure! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Today I came in for the 1st time to have a massage. Let me tell you it was the best massage I have ever had. Crystal is amazing, I can’t wait to come back.

First time ever for a facial. Riley did a great job and made me so at ease! Crystal gave me a massage and she was great too! Thank you all for such an enjoyable first time visit!

Lindsay has been doing my nails for about 7 months now and I’m obsessed with her work. She’s collaborative, informative, and helpful. She’s open to doing any type of nail art, and has the coolest and most unique products and ideas.

Lindsay has really helped me take care of my nails and she’s helped me to naturally grow them out longer than I’ve ever had them. She makes the atmosphere super comfortable and friendly!

I visited this practice for the first time at the end of February for Botox. I had been previously going to another medical practice because I live in Greenville, but I work in Liberty now, so I was needing somewhere to go get quick appointments on my lunch break. The scheduling was so easy online, the office was adorable, and they even give you gifts on your first visit. I am even one of those annoying people who email after hours with questions and concerns more than once, and the Nurse Practitioner responded so quickly and put me at ease both times. I can’t say enough good things about this office. The staff was kind, my Botox looks great, it was done well but also in the perfect amount of time for me to get back to work. I will suggest Jessica and Southern Beauty to all of my friends who live near this area. 5 stars +++

I received a 60 minute facial from Makenzie and it was wonderful! My skin feels and looks amazing, it was a very relaxing experience. Already made my next appt for next month and hope to continue a monthly routine. Highly recommend!!

I visited Southern Beauty Aesthetics for the first time today and my experience was wonderful. I went in for an 80 minute massage with Bre. Before we started she asked me if I wanted deep tissue and what areas in which she needed to focus. I told her I had frequent headaches and stiffness in my upper back and she was sure to focus on those areas. She did a phenomenal job and I will definitely be back!

SBA is wonderful! I live in Charleston but find myself in Greenville often visiting family and friends. I’m very particular about who I see for Botox so I’ve only seen a handful of people in Charleston. After some extended stays in Greenville, I decided to see Jessica at SBA and I did not regret it! I am absolutely a client now. She took the time to answer several questions about some other procedures I had been thinking about for a while. She was clear and thorough and explained why I wouldn’t be an ideal candidate for certain procedures. She did a great job and now I’m here booking another appointment!

I have seen Jessica and Melody at Southern Beauty. They both took such great care of me and I loved the outcome of my filler and Botox. I can't recommend them enough!

Rylie did an eyebrow tint and lamination plus a facial for my birthday and had me ready to party! She was very sweet and knew how to talk to her client. Yoshi also did a wispy lash set on me and she absolutely killed it! My lashes have never looked so good. Souther beauty has the best team who is happy to answer all questions and extremely helpful!

I have NEVER had a bad experience at Southern Beauty. My sister-in-law turned me on to you guys, and I've been a loyal customer since the first visit. If anyone reading this ISN'T getting chemical peels then I HIGHLY recommended getting on the bandwagon! Ashton has done my last few peels and I think I'm in love with her. 😍
I've also been in a lot of contact with Melody and Jessica lately. I've started their weight loss program and I've lost over 15lbs in a little over one month. These women are so wonderful. They are kind. They are professional. They can answer any questions you may have, and plus, they're beautiful.
I've also had massages, facials, eyebrow tinting, and eyelash tinting and lifting. I have enjoyed every experience I have had there. I have never left an unsatisfied customer.

Love love love this office! Every person in there is sweet and kind to all clients. I have went to this office multiple times for Botox, facials, and lip filler. Every time I have loved the outcome. They all strive to help you feel your most beautiful self. The facials are exceptionally fantastic. I have went to many places before but have seen the best results with their work!

Great experience and the staff was very friendly! Ashton gave me a brow wax and was super friendly and she did a wonderful job! I was in and out quick on my lunch break too! AND the receptionist gave me a welcome gift as a new customer!!! Glad I found a place close to work and I’m looking forward to going again soon.

My options for treatment without me feeling pressured to make a decision. They really care about their clients and provide so many opportunities to try new products and treatments free or at reduced prices.

I have bought products, had botox, lip flip, chemical peels, erbium laser treatment, facials, and massages from Southern Beauty and I have not one bad complaint nor even an ounce of criticism. These ladies pour their hearts and souls into what they do and it shows! Communication is quick. Scheduling appointments are super easy (they work with your schedule as much as possible). Product/service prices are very affordable and next to none. You will not find their prices for the amazing quality of care you get anywhere else! If you are in the upstate of SC Southern Beauty Aesthetics is the way to go! I cannot say enough about how great all of these ladies are at what they do!
