We love Triangle Strings! My daughter started to learn violin five years ago and we have been renting violin in different sizes from this business. Excellent services! Front desk receptionists are very friendly, courteous, patient, and helpful. Sebastian is our favorite! One time, we spent almost an hour trying different violins and finally selected one. However, after playing for a few weeks at home and the music studio, my daughter did not like the sound and wanted to look for more options. Once again, Sebastian kindly presented three new instruments to her, and upon our request, he helped my daughter pick one that she likes very much. She is still using this instrument and grateful for Sebastian's help!

I just picked up my cello after getting it worked on at Triangle Strings and I couldn't be happier. They were extremely affordable, and did excellent work. I also had to leave it for a bit longer than I would have liked because of other commitments, and the pick up process was totally painless. Really great communication too. Thanks again!

Had my German bow rehaired twice here now, excellent and reliable service. The wait time for an appointment date was about a week give or take, but it was worth it for me. Gave it fresh new hair and cleaned all the rosin build up. Plays very nicely, will definitely be getting my bow rehaired here again next time.

Triangle Strings is THE place to have work done on stringed instruments. Jerry and the crew are knowledgeable professionals, capable of handling repairs, major and minor, as well as touch ups. It is the only place I take my fine instrument (an 1888 Colin Mezin) and also where I recommend students go for violin rentals. Excellent experience buying my first cello. Being able to try a few different cellos and bows there, then having them on trial at home for a short period was very helpful. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process.

WOW!! I am so happy with the quality of service I received from Triangle Strings. I called late this afternoon to make an appointment to set the sound post and strings on my cello, and got the friendliest response. I was told that there was an opening today at 3, it’d only take about 10 minutes, and the service was free (SO AWESOME)!

When I got there, the gentleman was super attentive, explained everything well and with genuine care/detail, and went beyond my expectations. He even tuned my strings, walked me through my new tuner/metronome, more! So awesome, so happy, and definitely will be back for all my future cello needs. Thank you so much!

These people know what they are doing when repairing instruments. We took an instrument made around the 1940's that had several ailments, and we were delighted to pick it up today in a much better condition. But that was not the best part. We asked if they would play it before we left, and we were beaming like grand parents over a new born baby. We would not hesitate to take any stringed instrument for repairs.

I went to Triangle strings looking to have my daughter’s violin checked. Lucy welcomed us and was very nice and helpful. Then me met Sebastian who in a bit was able to identify what was wrong with the violin. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was also very nice. I definitely recommend this place!!

I took my viola in so one of their luthiers could make suggestions about improving the setup of my instrument. Lucy was prompt about communicating with me and setting up an appointment. Even though my instrument is low-end, they were very warm, efficient, and interested in doing what they could for me within my budget. I felt very comfortable and they were friendly even though I am not a professional, I play for my own enjoyment in amateur community groups.

They scheduled my repair for a little over a week away, which tells me that they are busy because they are very good at what they do, and that they do their work carefully. I'm not in a hurry, and I'm thankful they're not, either.

Lucy gave me all the information available about a rental option, which involves the viola I was thinking about buying anyway. I will continue using Triangle Strings for all my viola needs.

If you want to know what a real awesome customer service is, then find at Triangle Strings. The entire staff is excellent especially Lucy at the front desk. My son's violin had the sound post out of the place, they were courteous enough to fix it immediately free of charge. Highly recommend this shop for all your violin needs.

I am a luthier and recently got to visit Triangle Strings. I've known about the owner Jerry for awhile and have only ever heard good things, so it was an honor for me to meet him. He has a great store and a great workshop and a great bunch of talented people working with him. He also has some very nice instruments. Jerry and his team can be trusted to complete the most complicated repairs on your instrument and they will do it correctly. These are good folks!

Very good repair experience. My violin bridge was transported out, and the tone of my own adjustment has not been good. After adjusting the tone by a young violin repair technician, the tone has improved a lot. I am very satisfied. Thank you very much! Very professional!

Super customer service! I was pleasantly surprised when I was expecting to be there for a long time while the violin was fixed but they did it right away and I was on my way out 10 minutes later. They have very nice and capable personal. Super professionals! I highly recommend this place.

I have been bringing my instruments and bows to Jerry Pasewicz since 1998. His work and his business ethics are impeccable. I have always been more than pleased with his work. He is an artist at adjusting an instrument!

We have been renting my children's instruments from Triangle Strings for the last five years. The quality of the instruments we have rented is excellent, and Triangle Strings even adapted a 1/4 size violin to be a starter viola for my son! In addition, their rental program has allowed us to build up lots of equity for the purchase of a full sized violin, which we will do soon for my other child. The team there are always helpful, friendly and accommodating to anything we have needed.

We have rented a cello from Triangle strings for our son, had repairs done to my viola. Every time we go there, we are greeted with a smile. The work that is done is fabulous and the turn around time is always good. I can't speak highly enough about their service. Thank you, Triangle Strings!

What an amazing experience! Many thanks to Lucy, Joyu and Dustin on making the selection of a new bow so enjoyable. Although I'm an adult beginner on the cello, the entire staff made sure that I was comfortable and felt welcome. Lucy had a selection of bows that met my specification, ready for testing. Joyu helped me make a final selection by playing my cello with the selected bows. And Dustin took a quick look at an adjustment on my cello. Triangle Strings will have my business for many years to come.

I'm extremely grateful for their expertise. They are my go-to string shop... I trust them and highly recommend them!!

Great staff. Upon request, they took my older son on a tour of their shop. The tour included the repair shop and was given an overview of their apprenticeship program/process.

I would always go with the rent to own program with children - with insurance of course. Bought both a Viola and a Cello here after renting for a few years. Maintenance, and string replacement is costly otherwise.
