Their pizza is savory af. It's always cheesy and consistent. Plus you can dunk it in the garlic butter and get a explosive taste that unequivocally stimulates the taste buds of which is comparable to a magnitude 10 earthquake.

Update: the stuffed crust is a little bit pricier than their other options of course but it's incredible. Tastes like high quality cheese sticks at the end of every piece.

Whoever the delivery guy was tonight, older gentleman... he is THE BEST. Such a positive attitude, treats you like a long time friend. Came here to leave a good review just for him!

We order pizza on Friday nights from this location which consistently has fast service and great quality of all menu items. There are nights we place an order at 6 pm and pizza is dropped off at 6:20 pm. I’ve never experienced faster delivery service. We love this location.

I ordered a pizza on the app and unfortunately it sent it to the store off of New Bern and the 440. I intended on it going to the Wakefield location as we were driving to pick up the pizza. I got a text confirmation. The pizza was in the oven and realized it was going to the wrong store. Rebecca and Jonah were here at the intended location ( Wake Forest ) Store number 1579 and absolutely no questions asked she saved the day by making my pizza in six minutes flat I wasn’t feeling very well and didn’t really want to get out of the car after I realized the mistake I had to go in and explain everything without hesitation she had the pizza made and ready in six minutes. She was super kind and just absolutely ready to help. Great customer service even though it was my fault. I would give more than five stars if possible I frequent this location often and always I am treated well. Thank you for stepping up and saving the day. Knowing I wasn’t feeling good, they brought me the pizza to the car absolutely above and beyond service. Thank you so much.

This is a great option for delivery and take out in Wake Forest. They make great pies and are quick about it on both delivery and take out. I've never been disappointed and my family prefers this one now too. Take them up on the specials on text for a delicious affordable pizza!

Becca the manager was amazing, courteous, and very helpful on what was good to order. The wings are da bomb. Especially the garlic parmigiana cheese. The oreo bites are amazing too.

I had another pizza place cancel a huge 15 pizza and 5 dessert order on me within an hour of delivery time. I called Papa John's and they were outstanding. Not only did they come through for me last minute, they also beat the other pizza places price and even showed up a little early with only an hour notice! They have saved the day and have earned my business from this day forth! Thank you again Papa John's in Wakefield!

This location has always delivered fast and the food has always been great quality and hot! Tonight I decided to order dominos (bad mistake). An hour after I placed my order and it hadn’t showed I called to check on my order. Turns out no driver had even come to get my order and it had been ready for 45 minutes according to their tracker. Ended up canceling my order ordering from papa johns and had a delicious hot pizza within 30 minutes. Needless to say I’ll never try to stray again.

My son had a birthday sleepover so I ordered five large pizzas online. I love that you can track the process online. When I got there to pickup, the lady offered to help me carry the food to the car. When I told her that I thought I could get it myself, she said, "Well, at least let me open the door for you." Great service! It doesn't go unnoticed!!

Never once had an issue. Delivery is usually faster than anticipated. Driver even came back to the house to let me know my windows in my car were open - he didn't have to do that! Much respect for the people who work here. You hopefully have good leadership.

Consistently is what I like. The pizzas are made well consistently after many visits, while also being super fast.

I order online and leave my house instantly. It's always ready for pickup before I arrive.

Hey Papa Johns! I've been ordering PJ pizzas for years in Durham and recently moved to this area...your FON location knocked my socks off! Best pizza order ever... So, quick note: I've always been leery of ordering "extra cheese" cause I usually assume that if there's already cheese on the pizza then how do I really know there's EXTRA cheese LOL. So I ordered a large 3 topping on Friday night - canadian bacon, pineapple and extra cheese.... waaaaaaaah! Yasss, that was the best pizza COVEREDin cheese. So delicious!

Never have been disappointed with this location and service after dozens of orders. The management has been quick and receptive to changes when I've made a mistake. I had to call them tonight and noticed this review spot and decided to enter something. Anyhow thanks PJ's ... made my life easier when I've needed a break from the kitchen.
