WONDERFUL PEOPLE HERE!!! Went in with a battery issue and Jerry and Chris were so knowledgeable and kind. They helped me get it all tested and sorted, had me come back to test again just to be sure everything was working properly, and overall we're so nice and accommodating. I'll be continuing to go back!

Great service and helped me get a good deal! Saved me some money on waht I was already planning to buy! And when I had a radiator hose explode, I was nearby and they had my part in stock! I was back on the road in less than an hour, very friendly people there.

They are super helpful and affordable. They have always helped me to understand my options, not just "this is the only way and it's gonna cost a lot". They have also helped me understand how to do minor repairs myself like changing spark plugs and batteries. In a lot of ways, they are like a DIY mechanic store with helpful advisors.

I only needed a bit of oil, but Jerry (I think that was his name) made sure that I was helped and got what I needed. He helped me get the right funnel as well. Very friendly and helpful!

Excellent service. They even helped with the installation of my wiper blades.

I've got a guy at each location and most of them are fairly knowledgeable and as re able to get me parts quickly like same day if i go in the morning. Very useful as I don't like wasting time I'd rather get the job done and move forward and AutoZone allows me to do that.

We were helped with a very polite friendly staff my husband and I loved that they explained for best quality and best prices I would definitely recommend and come back.

The guys at this AutoZone are very helpful, knowledgeable of their product, their system and customer service. I had an issue with a battery I purchased at the north store and they refused to help me(because my phone number had changed and I didn’t remember the old one and told me “there is no other way to look it up”), I called this location and they were AMAZING. They confirmed my battery was still under warranty (which I knew) had one ready for me when I got there and took great care of me!

Took back a part and got my monet back. Nice guy that helped.

Had to pop in and get an oil fill cap for my daughter's Subaru after the idiots at Discount Tire left it off after an oil change. They were very helpful, and had exactly what we needed.

Eric was super helpful, changed my battery super easily, and even spoke Spanish! Guy was super nice and made great conversation. Couple other employees talked with me as well, all around great experience!

While driving up Sardine Canyon, our truck started acting up. We managed to make it to AutoZone and we're lucky enough to have Porter help us. Between diagnosing the truck, showing us exactly what part, and then climbing up to help us change out the old part right there in the parking lot, he was happy to help! Grateful for his help, to get us back on the road for our camping trip. Give the man a raise!

Great the employees where very helpful & Respectful helped me with the part I needed & the form a gasket for thermostat housing.
