Great place to get your car checked in Wakefield.
Your front desk staff is amazing. One gentleman especially. He makes everyone at ease and he is efficient. I think his name is Kevin. I will say he remembers everyone and their cars and he makes Mr. Tire a great place to bring your car and you know there’s no scamming.

I came in for oil change and rear differential oil change. Was informed my rear differential was in need of repair and advised to find a shop to repair. I'm glad they checked it before I paid for the service. Honest and knowledgeable techs. I recommend.

This is the first time I have used this service. When I read the reviews, I was skeptical, but Nick is who is the manager of Mr Tire, put me at ease when I called to inquire about the service. He cares about his job and the customers, and is a man of his word!! This will be my to go auto shop!!! I brought my own tires and covers for this shop to put on. The price is reasonable, and he makes sure that employees do the job right!!!

Picked up a screw in our tire late one Saturday afternoon.
Despite being busy with existing customers and short handed, they worked us into their schedule and got us back on the road.

The guys saved me $1,000 this time and charged me $0. Said they couldn't find anything wrong, that the electrical/engine/PCM code was a false positive, a non-issue likely caused by a really old battery and that if they cleared the code it likely wouldn't come back now that I have a new battery.

Last time I took my Mazda to the dealership they looked at the same electrical code and replaced the PCM and a couple other parts. It still didn't fix the problem until I got a new battery. $1000 bucks later I learned they were just greedy mechanics.

5 stars to Mr. Tire for not taking me for a ride.

Although they were fully booked, Nick generously offered same-day service if we were willing to leave our vehicles for a few hours. Opting for a non-urgent approach, I requested the next available slots, and they promptly scheduled us for 8 AM the following day. Nick's vibrant 'Good morning' and heartfelt appreciation for our continued loyalty made us feel truly valued. Nick was incredibly helpful and understanding of my niece's engine coolant issue and helped her immediately. He was courteous, transparent and respectful. We will definitely use this location again. BTW... They do more than just tires which is great!

Coming from NY saying that our cars did more than DRIVE on the roads is an understatement! So, when we moved to NC our cars had reached their maximum ability to handle the roads and our tires needed to be replaced. Nick, at Mr. Tire, made this the most welcoming process we NEVER could have imagined!! Who would have ever thought that tires and rims could be something you didn't mind getting done! He was professionally equipped with so many options for us to consider and his team took care of our cars like they were their own! WOW.. is all I can say. Us, like the waiting room full of clients that they had, will be customers for life!

My new go to- Fortunately I was turned away from Discount Tire. Boy was I glad they did! Mr. Tire will be my go to for all tire and wheel needs. Nick and staff are wonderful people and will always do right by the customer and make you feel right at home.

I always have a great experience at Mr. Tire! They are one of the only car service places that I trust. The front desk person, Nick, does a fantastic job. He is friendly and professional but will also keep you laughing. The price I paid ended up being less than what I was expecting so that is a big plus! I will be returning.

I visited Mr. Tire a week ago and had a great experience with their customer service. They helped in diagnosing a bad vibration issue not identified by the dealership. Nicholas is very enthusiastic, and provided excellent advice and service. They performed the work in good time, and I am happy with the tires suggested for comfort, quiet, and rain traction.

Went in today after catching a nail in my tire. Nick who is hilarious was super personable got us in and out in 30 minutes. Thanks to him and the team for the great service.

Got in and out real quick for a tire rotation/ balance. Nick is a standup dude extremely friendly and seems to definitely care about you coming out of there satisfied and probably cracking a smile
