I've always had a really good experience here doing returns. Prompt and efficient. Only time I've ever had an issue was during COVID and they were kind of rude but they were just enforcing corporate policy.

They were so super helpful! I had two bulky returns and put them off because I knew it would be a hassle. They made it seamless and quick! Very kind, compassionate, and professional!

The African American guy that is always up front is one of the nicest people I have ever met. If he isn’t a manager he should be!! The other staff is always helpful to.

This UPS store is great.
The employees are always happy to help you and extremely helpful.
I don't recall having to wait anytime I have come to this location which is a wonderful feeling. I would highly recommend this UPS store for it's excellent customer service.

I'm very surprised by the number of negative reviews. I received friendly, and efficient service when I dropped off Spectrum equipment.
When I arrived, there was a line out the door, and for a moment thought "uh oh" this was going to be a while.
Didn't take long observing the two employees in action to put me at ease. They were quick, even multitasking, as front customer fumbled for addresses or payment, they would help next in line. Not only that, but carried on conversations, joking with customers. In short, excellent customer service!
As for negative reviews, the only explanation that makes sense is that reviewers took their fast work and outgoing personalities as "too aggressive", but I found it refreshing. Keep it up!

Always a great experience and the staff is always friendly...but this time they OUT DID themselves!! I asked Brooks (the awesome manager) if he could print some maps of NYC to complete my NY theme garage decor. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money because again...it’s only a garage. He went over and beyond to make them exactly what I wanted. If you ever need big posters printed definitely give them a call!!

This is the best place I have found to return Amazon packages in the area. They are courteous, well organized, and very fast. I have seen many people come in unprepared and they kindly ask them to step out of line and assist them as soon as they can. The line moves fast and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes.

We went in on a busy day with a TON of Amazon returns, including boxes that needed to be taped. Terrance was super helpful and made us feel like we weren't inconveniencing anyone. With his helpfulness, humor, and fun personality, he helped turn a potentially stressful situation into an enjoyable one. We were so blessed by his customer service! Thanks again :)

Walked in was asked if I had a Amazon return, I said yes and they took my return. I was in and out in 3 mins. Quick and easy.

The two ladies working this Saturday morning were so kind. I came so unprepared with my box untaped and my shipping label unattached. One of them told me not to worry about it and that she would take care of it. She taped my box together and attached my shipping label. Thank you for the kind service!

I've been here about 8 times in the past 6 months and it's always been a good experience with fast, friendly service. I'll continue to go here for my UPS needs, and can't think of a single reason why I wouldn't recommend them. You can't ding them for the prices. Do you actually think a local franchise has any control over UPS global shipping rates???!

I can NOT say enough GOOD things about Brooks and the rest of the staff at this store! They are ALWAYS friendly, always helpful and are always going out of their way to make sure I have everything I need before leaving the store. They make Amazon returns very easy (but remember they make no money off this…so buy something before you leave to help a small business that is privately owned). I send my clients their to get things notarized with a friendly reminder to MAKE an APPOINTMENT. No matter what is going on, they are professional and friendly. For those of you going into stores in this Covid world we live in…remember everyone is short staffed. Be patient, be kind and be grateful these kinds of businesses are open! We need them!

Great store. I was the fifth customer when I walked in and within 2 minutes I was at the front. The speed with which they helped all others in the store was staggering. Brooks assisted me with my printing, notary, and shipping needs, while being extremely personable. I also witnessed the other associates in the store being polite, professional, and efficient with the customers who came in after me. I haven’t always had a good experience at my regular location, but the experience today at store 5596 has made me switch.

Friendly staff, no wait for drop off of Amazon returns. Plenty of parking-in a shopping center.

I came into the store with several small items to ship and that also needed repackaging. Unfortunately, things changed at the last minute due to budget reasons and I couldn't use their services to ship everything. Brooks and his team were very patient and respectful of the situation and worked with me until we figured out a plan. They were kind and efficient and gave me the best customer service. I go there for any and all shipments needs and will continue to do so!

I have lived in this area for 5 years now- This UPS store has always been helpful with my returns and newbie questions regarding packaging and how to mail things in one piece. Anything that cannot be handled is done with grace and humor. I had to return something and I did not notice the return label was USPS. I think it was Brooks who said "If it wasn't for that last 'S' we would have had you covered". Thanks for being human, and helping ,me return stuff.

The other reviews about no support from staff are odd. I walked in and received top notch support. The people were very friendly and really worked to get it right.

Update: my international shipment was having delivery problems and Brooks the manager was involved the whole way helping get it resolved. Easily could have pitched me to a 800 number.

Every time I walk into this UPS I have a positive experience. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and sometimes just funny and make you laugh! Always a pleasure walking into Heritage UPS. Thankful to have such a great resource locally! Highly recommend!

Brooks and the team here are wonderful! I frequently mail items and have never had a bad experience. I have read many of the negative reviews and am wondering how the customers attitude may have impacted their experience. Thank you Brooks, Terrance, and team for all you do!
