Great Clips

A lovely woman from Tennessee named Kimberly cut my hair, and it was easily, without question, the best haircut of my life. She was very kind, shockingly fast, neat, and talented. Everyone in the store was so friendly, and it was a clean and calm environment. If you’re having trouble finding a salon or barber in the Wake Forest area, I heavily recommend this Great Clips location.

The staff at this location are amazing! Maria did an excellent job cutting my hair to the length I wanted and made my style super cute. She is so warm and friendly and helped keep my calm with good conversation. (I am not the easiest customer as I have anxiety about having my haircut due to bad experiences in the past with the Great Clips location in Wake Forest.)
One tip for the chain in general: tone down your approach to gathering personal data for your 'profile'. It can be intimidating to be asked for your full name and contact info just to get a walk-in haircut, so it might be better to just ask if the customer wants a profile built, and if not, just take a name.

Friendly..dependable and they do a good job

Checked in on-line and was seated immediately. Quick and efficient. Wish I had gotten her name because she did an excellent job.

Everyone at the Heritage Great Clips is an excellent hair cutter. Often as I sit and wait I look at each of the clients being done. Everyone comes out was an amazing haircut done quickly and expertly. I have never heard anyone say gee I wish I hadn't come here. I hear them say I'll be back. That's a testament to the work these people do. I've been going there for a number of years now and never been disappointed. I highly recommend this Great Clips.

What’s not to like about the Heritage Great Clips with an emphasis on GREAT. The staff here is first rate, they are friendly and make you feel like they care about serving you.
The folks at this location are like family to me.
I have been coming here for a year now after having previously used the Wakefield location. This is my home, I’m not going back to Wakefield or any other place.

Sabina is myself and son's stylist every visit!! I have had many haircuts in my 32 years and Sabina is by far the best cut, always consistent and is very friendly. I go to great clips and love the way you can make your appointment online. Doing this makes it so you are taken apon arrival. Belinda has been my stylist five years. She listens and gives what you ask for. I have recommended her to others. They loved he too.

Celine did my hair and I want to say how excellent my experience was. She cut my hair the way I wanted - in layers despite the fineness of it- and I absolutely LOVE it! Thank you so much! I feel like I have my hair back.

They do a pretty good job here. I don't have names but it's a good place to go if you need a haircut. At least as a guy, I can't comment for females.

GREAT to be able to check in online in advance so there is minimal waiting. The lady today was very good and most entertaining. She cut my hair exactly the way I asked.
