She is diligent, knowledgeable, and cares about her customers. If you need any assistance or information about Public storage She is a expert. Tammy your the best!

Both LaQuanda and Tammy are very nice and professional! I needed storage space accommodations based on delivery of a moving truck. Tammy was very helpful and made sure all our questions were answered. I would definitely recommend working with this location! As well, the rates were lower than other storage facilities in the surrounding area.

Wow.. what can I say but meeting laquanda today has been a wonderful experience that I truly appreciate. Not only was her customer service top tier.. her smile.. the cleanliness of her storage facility and just my overall experience with her was everything that I needed.

Had the pleasure of meeting Laquanda today. Such a sweet young lady who was able to help my mom rent a storage space. Customer service was excellent. Amber was amazing in helping us get our pop-up into our space. It was a tight fit but with her strength and ours we were able to hulk it in and store it!! She has the best attitude and was very professional. I loved the reminder call and text. Setting up the paperwork was super easy and efficient. Love it!!

Fantastic service! Amber was absolutely awesome and extremely fast. She called and had me taken care of before I could even complete my online process. Had the pleasure of meeting Laquanda today. My family is moving to NC and our house is not ready so needing storage was a big deal because we did not plan nor budget for it. She present us with 2 to 3 different storage sizes depending on what we plan on storing. She even took the time out to find us the best price. Even tho we found a cheaper storage at another public storage her customer service and her willingness to help meant everything to us.

Had the pleasure of meeting Laquanda when I was going to pay my bill at the storage she talked about maximizing my space to help reduce my bill if needed. property has been looking awesome since she has taken over that Public Storage did an awesome job with this lady here.

Tiffiany was truly superb! We drove from the NorthWest and she helped us find the right unit, get us all set up, followed up making sure all was great. She even provided us with waters on the move in day because it was so hot and we were there from early morning to late night with the move in. A true gem of an employee that was super helpful and nice.

Mackenzie is one of the best employees i’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by! Very kind, patient & knowledgeable. She definitely deserves to be acknowledged for her hard work!

I had the best experience. Tracye and Laquanda were the best,they helped me with the paperwork and took me to see my unit.. I recommend this place to everybody. They have the best customer service, I wish I could give them 10 start.

Amber was very friendly and helpful. I got the perfect size storage unit at a great price and to sign up was very quick and easy. I'm paying 1/3 of what I was paying for a container and the access is great. The storage facility is very clean and well maintained. I'm very glad I choose this Public Storage.

Mackenzie is the most polite and friendliest person ever !! I’ve talked to her on the phone a few times already and I was looking to rent out a unit to possibly move up there for my extra stuff and I have had the best experience with EVERY call highly recommended!! By the way this is the wake first location !!
