Its easy in, easy out and as of right now, even without Lowes points, gas is cheaper.

Decent prices in this area. Even late at night, when it looks closed, the pumps are still on.

Gas price high and gas pumps slow.

The air pump costs $2, AND IT DOESNT WORK. In fact, it let so much air out of my tire I'm going to have to go to Sheetz to fill it up whereas it was still full enough for me to make the drive to work beforehand.

40% of the time no one is working during normal business hours. They slap a note on the window & you are unable to purchase bottles of water or drinks. If someone is unable to make their shift there should be someone covering the shift. A delivery guy on a big rig tried to purchase a drink from there today he was disappointed he wasn’t able to purchase one. I had to give the guy directions to the closest truck stop. I blame poor management for the lack of coverage of shifts.

Out of Diesel fuel, and my 20 cents per gallon runs out today. Attendant not in booth to get directions to another. ...1:38pm

So on October 1st 2018 at 0910 am ,I got $5.10 worth of gas to get me through one errand before i could get to Sam's club to get my weekly gas,little did i know it would be a terrible experience.I have a 2 yr old Vehicle which tells me how many miles i have before i am out of gas,I had 10 miles to go.After i pumped the gas my miles to go never changed.I figured maybe i needed to drive a little bit before it could caliberate, 2 miles down the road the miles never changed.Once I got to sam's it was apparent that there was no gas added to my tank.As soon as i pumped gas i noticed the difference.I called the Lowes gas station 15 mins later and reported my experience,my whole point was there was a fault with the pump.The lady that answered the phone there at first stated that there was one who had pumped gas that day worth that amount.So i pulled my debit card information and gave her the exact time.At that point she acknowledged me getting gas but was very hesitant and frustrated with me,even after i told her about the mile censor in my car,she kept telling me you got only 5 dollars worth of gas,it would show any difference on the gauge,I kept explaining myself and redirecting her to my mile/gas tracker.There seemed to be a male voice in the background.Finally she asked if i wanted her to put the money back on my card.I told her it was okay to refund the money because i never got the service but my main point was that the pump was not working correctly,after hesitating she stated i need ed to go back to the gas station. I was quiet for a little bit,thats when she Yelled sarcastically "what would make you happy,what do you want" At that point i said i was okay.She did not believe me.Thankfully $5:10 would not break my bank,the point is,money is paid for services rendered,i did not get the services,besides customer service is key.After years of using services at this gas station,it will not be an option for my friends and family.

If I could give this place of business a negative 10... I would. Don't advertise that you are open 24 hours and then have a note on the window saying you will open up at 8 am. This place is unprofessional.
