AMAZING!!!!!! All the staff were super friendly, personable and efficient. In addition to being very informative of the process from the consultation, to the follow up. I love the availability of the appointments and their services of communication. You can text them and get a quick response. Love it.

Dr. Travers was magnificent!!! The evening of my (free) consultation, Dr. Travers did a follow up call and gave her personal cell number just in case, I had any questions. The day of the procedure, Dr. Travers took her time and talked me through each and every step of the way. She spoke in a very calm, confident and reassuring tone during the process; she informed me of what I was going to experience as it happened.

The lasik procedure was completed in less than 30 minutes. The following day, I had a little discomfort but no pain and I could drive. I definitely can SEE the results. My vision has improved significantly. I wish I would have made this decision 20 years earlier.

Once again all the staff were amazing from the front office, back office and the providers. I would recommend them to everyone.

I am SO happy I decided to get LASIK with Dr. Travers. I am someone who never wore contacts. The process was so easy and I felt supported each step of the way by their amazing staff. My mom had similar surgery a month earlier in NJ and the price was almost double the price I paid. Highly recommend getting a consult!!

I just got my procedure done yesterday, had my check-in this morning, and have some more follow-up appointments scheduled. It has been a fantastic experience so far. Every staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and knowledgeable. Even before the procedure, they were incredibly thorough with one round of eye exams for candidacy and another round the day of surgery to cross-reference and ensure everything still looks good to proceed. The procedure is as quick and easy as they say and Dr Travers walks you through the entirety of it. The few hours after were rough, but I expected it and that helped with any anxiety! Today I woke up with clear vision, only slightly irritated eyes, and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Dr. Travers and her team!

Travers Lasik is a well oiled machine, from consultation to check in to procedure. My husband came in feeling nervous but all the staff has been very calm with easy instructions and procedure details. I definitely recommend this business!

I had contemplated LASIK for a couple of years. I had several consultations and felt the most comfortable with Travers LASIK. Dr. Travers is involved throughout the whole process and even offers her cell phone number so that she is available to her patients. All of the staff are great, the office is welcoming, the process was easy and the results are pretty much instant! I highly recommend Travers LASIK!

I just got Lasik at Travers after debating the procedure for a couple of years. I've worn contacts since I was 10 years old and was tired of dealing with constant dry eyes, struggling to take my contacts out, the cost of daily contacts and glasses each year, and the never ending battle of tired eyes. I had my consultation and two weeks later I scheduled my appointment for surgery. It's life changing! I still feel like I need to take off my glasses when I'm not wearing any glasses. I did a lot of research before my procedure and everyone recommended Travers. 100% recommend and would do again.

I had an excellent experience with Travers LASIK. From the start of the process they explain everything they are going to do. I was able to get my consultation and then have the actual lasik done about a week later. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They offer to answer any questions at anytime. On the day of the surgery they walked me thru everything step by step which helps with the nervousness. I got my PRK surgery done a few days ago and although I was a little nervous after booking the appointment , Dr.Lori reached out to me personally to ensure I had all my questions answered and that she was always available for any concerns I had. The day of the treatment, it took about 2 hours from the time I entered till I was done. The procedure was quick and efficient, I’m glad Dr.Lori kept me informed as the procedure was taking place so nothing was a surprise.

I’ve been looking forward to getting lasik surgery since I got my glasses when I was young. Everyone was very kind and friendly and Dr. Travers did an amazing job. My vision is actually better than 20/20! The day of surgery I felt that I waited a while to be seen and that made me a bit more anxious with anticipation but I would do it again in a heartbeat with these results.

Dr. Travers and her team made the entire lasik process, from consultation to post-op, easy and painless. The Travers team was kind and attentive, and I had a positive experience with everyone I interacted with during my appointments. What convinced me to choose Dr. Travers over others in the Triangle was her years of experience mastering her craft, and how comfortable and unnerved I felt ahead of and during my procedure. Just getting a free consult so I can’t speak to the actual procedure yet, but so far everything has been great. I asked for a free consult via a link on their website and they called me the same day to get one scheduled. I easily completed the paperwork on their website to save some time at the office. There was plenty of parking available and a clean bathroom in the building. Staff has been nothing but polite.

UPDATE: I’m 5 days post-op. Everything went great! I’m told my vision will continue to clear up over the next few days/weeks, but already, my vision is as sharp as it was with my contacts.

There’s one thing I’ve heard everyone who’s had LASIK surgery say: I wish I had done it sooner. And I completely agree.

The surgery isn’t cheap, but it’s more expensive to pay for contacts and vision testing every year. Plus, I can drop my vision insurance add-on. And I never have to worry about losing my contacts/glasses. And I realized I’ll be able to open my eyes under water this summer! Woo!

My lasik surgery went very well with no complications. The price was reasonable and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be that I was kept waiting a very long time on the day of surgery. The actual procedure took only a few minutes, but I was sitting in waiting rooms for almost 2 hours. Nevertheless, I would recommend Travers Lasik to anyone looking to get this surgery done – I'm extremely happy with the results.
