Floor coverings international did our LVP floors and we absolutely love them. The crew lead by Alex came when they said they were going to be here and they finished on time each day. The last day they even stay late so that they can get it done in the timeframe they had promised. Mike the owner was excellent when he came out to see what we had and what we thought we wanted. He helped us pick out the right thing. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience! I was so overwhelmed where to start with carpet and Mike was great at helping us narrow down. Even drove 40minutes back to our house a second time so we could pick colors. Instillation was great! Very professional. 10/10 recommend!

Phenomenal experience with this company. I met with Mike, the owner, for a consultation and was immediately put at ease that our project was in good hands. He is extremely knowledgeable about carpeting, and it was a plus to be able to see the samples in our home. Mike is also very personable. The installers arrived on time on the scheduled date. We had a great experience working with Mike and crew. Mike helped educate us so that we could decide on the right product for us (LPV). We replaced all flooring on our first floor and it looks amazing! I needed some old carpeting removed in my home and refreshed with new, updated flooring. I reached out to a few local flooring companies and received okay service. Most of them just took measurements, sent me an estimate, and recommended I come pick out the flooring I wanted in their showroom. I'm a new homeowner, so I found it unusual that they'd send someone out to measure my house and, for the business, that could be the last opportunity they'd have to close the sale.

Mike does things differently and for the better. From the moment he enters your home, you can tell that he is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He asks insightful questions and is completely dedicated to your satisfaction from start to finish on a job. We had the pleasure of working with Mike on two homes in 2021 and 2022. We installed both LVP and carpet. Mike was prompt, easy to work with and his guys worked well independently as our house was empty for sale. They also helped us keep track of other contractors in/out. Mike is the consummate professional; so thorough and knowledgeable. Loved having all samples brought to my home and not going to a showroom. I am beyond thrilled with my carpet in my master bedroom. Mike knew the perfect solution since i have 2 large dogs that have destroyed two previous carpets.

PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING...About a year ago I gave Floor Coverings International a five star rating because of the quality workmanship and excellent communication. Today they are getting another 5 star rating. After a year or so after the inital installation I noticed some seems opening and it became obvious that they needed to be closed. I notified Mike and without hesitation he said "I will take care of it". About a week later the situation was resolved.
The point I am trying to make is that Floor Coverings International didn't take my money and run but fully a year later after installation provided excellent customer service. This is exactly what you want and expect. THEY DELIVERED!

We had a very difficult project involving matching an existing floor. Mike went above and beyond to secure the product, and Alex is as good as it gets when it comes to installation. We're very pleased with the final product.
