Estaria mejor si abrieran los sabados? Es un poco difícil para nosotros

I would be very careful before submitting any loan applications here. They are not very thorough in handling paperwork and ultimately set me back about 45 days in search for a home equity loan. I kept having to help them do basic arithmetic in adding up figures in my application and ultimately had to walk away out of fear that basic competency was not met. Only work with them if you are absolutely desperate.

De lo peor. El peor banco con el servicio mas horrible! I went today with my husband to adjust a few things, we had just sat down & explained what we needed & the phone rings. The "banker" answers the phone (trying to look up their account #) & doesnt hang up or say anything to us we waited to see if shed hang up but didnt....my husband then tells her to give back our stuff that we'd go to another place, she tries to stop us but still with the phone on her...my husband tells her no thanks bc of of the poor service she provided us & we left. I have never experienced such thing especially not at a "bank" 😡

Worst bank and people ever. Really bad customer service. I will never come back.

They don't explain things thoroughly the branch plays the blame game on corporate I went and closed my account immediately...

No muy contenta con este banco me hablan para decirme q hize cheques q si,quiero q los pagen? Y me dicen q si tengo dinero para para cubrirlos, entonces solo me hablan para decirme básicamente qué se van a quedar con $36 de cada cheque q hize. Porque no deposite cuando estaba abierta la sucursal!
