Everyone is always so nice at our Pickens location! They greet with a smile and actually look like they enjoy their jobs.

The food is good and typically made right!

Try the new breakfast! Dining room opens at 9 am and window opens at 6:30 am!

Very good customer service and food. Convient to go food shopping and stop by Wendy's before going home and grab a bite to eat before unloading the groceries. A quick pick me up. Good food and good crew.

I come through maybe 5 days a week and order my spicy chicken sandwich without lettuce. They’re usually always fast and they get it right every time. Even know me on a first name basis now. Friendly folks and great food 👌

The last time we were at this Wendy's it was horrible and service was very bad it was much better today and food was fresh and the lady who waited on us was good

The staff at Wendy's is super nice and prompt with your orders. The food is hot and they're willing to make everyone's experience there great!

Clean dining area, only negative the machine was out of coke and diet coke. I had to go with mello yello....it wasn't good. Sure it was 1 time issue with drink dispenser.

In the time of Covid-19, patience is your greatest virtue. The lobby is closed, and that's fine. The drive through line was a bit longer than normal, but the food was totally worth the wait. Wendy's Dave's double is my hubby's favorite fast food meal and it was his birthday. The food was fresh, not squished, and the order was completely correct. Thank you, Wendy's! You made the birthday very special. I'm very glad we waited in line. We are also excited to try Wendy's breakfast, but haven't had the opportunity yet. Hang in there, everyone, and please be patient and kind to all these workers. We wish health and happiness to you and all your staff. Keep everyone safe, and we'll definitely be back. 😷👍

I have always enjoyed Wendy's. My brother and I would buy a burger from Wendy's(this location wasn't around then)after playing at band concerts 13+yrs ago. I appreciate the memories every time I come here. The burgers here are great. The triple is too big to even fit in my big mouth lol

Worst food I've ever eaten from here. My fries were cold and soggy, my spicy chicken sandwich was undercooked... I live 4 minutes away and my food was cold. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY HERE AGAIN.. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER AND BUSINESS LOST FROM A FAMILY OF 5....

I love Wendy's because not one time have they ever got my order wrong. There food is really good. I love there Grilled Chicken Asiago Sandwich, and my favorite is there Breakfast Baconator

Hands down the best customer service I've ever had in a Wendys! Every customer received a warm friendly greeting upon entering. The quality of the food was amazing. The manager even came around to customers to make sure that every thing was to their liking. I was simple amazed!

This Wendy's does not make me run straight for the bathroom after eating. The food is always made great and not sloppy. They are clean and friendly.

I love this Wendy's. The staff are always SO NICE despite how busy this location gets, and it gets VERY busy! They do a great job and are always working hard as a team to keep the line moving. Favorite drive-thru in Pickens!

I have had bad, ok, and good service at Wendy's restaurants before but I have never had exceptional service until I visited this one. You feel like family and the staff are always ridiculously friendly and smiling...it actually kinda shocked me the first time I went. I have been back mutiple times now and have had the same service every time and haven't ever gotten cold fries.
I've never left a review for a fast food restaurant before but these guys earned it.

Very nice cashier.

I stopped for lunch. I went inside and purchased a chili to go chili to go. I was pleased to find crackers, spoon, napkins, and hot sause. I was asked if I had wanted hot sauce. Everything I needed was in the bag, which is not always the case these days at fast food restaurants. Service was fast. Restaurant including the restroom was clean. I was very pleased that the chili was good. I do recommend this Wendy's. I also highly recommend the chili.

Such great service. It was way late at night and the drive thru workers and their manager were wearing nice big smiles. The food was fresh and delicious
