Great selection of items and discount furniture. I purchased a Cool Sense mattress here, and it's more comfortable than my high-end mattress. There are some good quality patio items at good prices, too. You never know what you might find. Like a Blendjet for $14.99!

We we just helped in the Lancaster store by Jonathan, Marilyn & Evan. What a great experience, they all worked as team players to help us with patio furniture.
Stock was not available in their location, so they took the time to find which store had it, called and placed our name on it. We are on our way to the Hartsville store. Their policy is you must buy and pick-up at the location of the item. We would have loved to have them capture our sale, and pick up at the other location, but that was not an option. Still they went out of their way to help us. Excellent customer service!!!! to help the customer, in lieu of capturing a sale in their store. We also purchased some other items, Jonathan went out of his way to help load our car with nothing but smiles. Thank you all again!!

Picked up an online order for a TV cabinet with ease. The employees are friendly and helpful. They brought the item to the car and helped with loading. I shopped and purchased other great deals while there!

Today Denali and I visited your store. Denali is my Therapy Service Animal the staff was friendly and helpful. The cashier was Awesome she even talked to Denali which is helpful with his training it makes him look at me for permission to be friendly back. Thank you again for an awesome visit on 10-06-17. The customer service associate at register was awesome.

I was so impressed with everything about Big Lots in Lancaster, SC today. I was greeted with a welcome and friendly staff, a new and improved selection of goods and new organization of the store, and staff members who went out of their way to walk me to the coastal section of the store. When it was time to check out, the cashier told me his name and made sure that I found everything that I needed! I will be returning more often to Big Lots in Lancaster, SC after today's adventure!

I love this store. So many cute things for the house, food, toys, furniture and much more. They have movies that you cannot find anywhere and alot of them are on clearance. Definitely recommend. Sales associates are so helpful and nice.

Nice and clean store

Went to look for the after Christmas sale's...they didn't have much left... still bought several other things I needed. This place always has the most unusual items especially in the food section.

Easy access on hwy. 9 bypass. Plentiful parking choices. Friendly service. Great prices with a large array of choices for your needs. Good sales always available.
Great place to shop, as well as great for in and out shopping.

They have a (little)Lots of Everything literally from food& staples, toys household items, very nice furniture : Great deals, clean & have Covid safety protocols,& always friendly helpful employees. Merry Christmas to all I pray for all to be safe & well...
