I am not sure where to start this review about this incredible human being. Dr.Staff has delivered both of our children. She has helped in numerous medical situations for our entire family. When there is a medical emergency she is very responsive and in-tuned to her patients. I personally want to thank her on the behalf of my family. There are not enough stars on this review to rate her she is an above and beyond type of person. Thank you Dr. Staff we look forward to working with you for years to coome

Dr. Staff has treated my family for about six years and has been great through many medical emergencies and problems. Don't know what we did before her...

I have been with Laura 20+ yrs. She is a busy lady but always makes time for me. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I was a patient of Dr. Staff for almost 15 years. Over the years I saw her she gave good, comprehensive medical advice and thorough checkups, but, wait times ranged from 2-7 hours and bringing up the wait time and complaining has been known to get you kicked out, and the wait for the care isn’t worth it. She has been unsympathetic with me on many occasions, repeatedly forcing me to make eye contact and telling me to shut up if I cried during a vaccine, even as a toddler. Her waiting room was cramped, loud, dirty, and it was alarmingly easy to hear through doors. She has also used outdated information to diagnose me, on the basis that a lot of people my age have similar symptoms, so I must have it too.

On top of all of that, when I finally switched doctors, despite repeated reminders over the course of over a year and a half, she never managed to transfer my medical records. Prescriptions take an absurd amount of time too. I was forced to see her for years as a child, not understanding what a doctors office should actually be like: Clean, responsive, respectful, and with reasonable wait times. Now I know, I’ve switched doctors and I’m infinitely happier.

I'd show up for a 6:00pm appt. And without fail every single time I wouldn't get in until 10pm and I wouldn't get home until midnight. Zero time management skills. If you called her to send in a prescription you had to call like 5 days in a row to remind her to send it in, thank god it's not a life threatening condition because I've had to go days without my medication. She was legally required to send my medical info to my new doctor within 30 days and just never did. She said "I dont work by a clock" well, then why do I have to come in at a scheduled time?

Shes great to talk to, and she really takes her time with you when you finally get in, but she would ask me "you seem sad, are you depressed?" And I'd be like "come on, I'm tired, I've been waiting here for hours" the nice chats arent worth waiting 4+ hours. And if you're willing to wait, do yourself a favor and schedule your appointment earlier so you arent there late at night. I went to her for years as a child/teen because she was my parent's doctor and I had no choice (and I had no clue how efficient other doctors are, I thought they were all like this), but i wouldn't go back now that I'm an adult and found a regular doctor that values my time.

I would select 0, if it was an option. Called to schedule a new patient appointment and confirmed that she is in fact taking new patients. The receptionist says yes, then asks what type of insurance. When I replied, she said - oops no, we're not taking new patients with THAT insurance.
Guess cash flow and paper work takes precedence over care (per my insurance company, the company is accepted at this practice). Based on the reviews, I would probably love the doctor, but now have no interest in dealing with THAT receptionist. Sorry, the interaction was rough, felt it warranted sharing.
