Stewart's Shops

Our local Stewart's: trusty as an old friend. People who work here are super pleasant and work hard. Haven't met a rude cashier at this location ever. Parking is abundant but oddly laid out so just be careful someone doesn't run you over backing out. Don't expect Sheetz when you go to Stewie's, but ya know we gotta show some solidarity and give it 5-stars or else we'd get kicked out of Upstate er something.

Live in Colonie but for some reason it was my First time visiting this Stewart's last night. It's on my way home now because my salon is in Latham. I will be stopping by once in a while after seeing a friendly face & having a laugh with an employee. After reading all of the complaints sometimes it's nice to just give a shout-out with a thank you!! It's the little things in life, & smiles don't cost a thing 😉

No gas at this Stewart's Shop, but it's a fully stocked shop with prepared food, coffee, and everything else you'd expect to find at a Stewart's.

Friendly staff and indoor seating.

Great coffee at a nice price, some of the food is pretty good, pizza is a little bit salty associates are friendly.

The employees at this branch are always friendly and store is clean

This is my local Store since we moved into the neighborhood in 2003. This week 2/7/22, is the milk shake sale....$1 off, so my husband asks if I want a milkshake, long story short he ordered 2 chocolate shakes and what we ended up getting was chocolate milk in a shake cup. I'm sure the dark haired man who made them tried to make a shake but I'd bet he added double the milk, which resulted in chocolate milk. Three stars is stretching it....

Have been going to this Stewart's since 2008. Spend at )east $20 a day for 5 days there. At night, all.i ask is for fresh rolls with butter on them. 99% are great at making fresh rolls. But one lady refuses to make anything. One shift supervisor will stop cleaning to make these butter rolls. Even as I walked through the door, I was told no rolls. They make a certain amount for the next day. She doesn't want to make two more, which would take 2 minutes. Just laziness. I will be taking my tobacco and coffee somewhere else because of this. Also I will let the district manager know. Of course, the way it's hard to find people. She'll still be there, with same attitude and work ethic. Sad. She has worked the past and held old rolls for me. The male shift supervisor for the night shift always makes sure fresh rolls are made. I work in law enforcement and just a simple two minute fresh roll with butter would not hurt anybody. It's to bad, I thought with Stewart's making a positive step forward, some keep it knocked down.

Not closed yet but refused to make a shake. Only thing I came for and won't be coming back to this location as this has never happened to me before. I am a cook and so I do understand the frustration of end of the night orders, but you still do it. Highly unethical. 💯💯💯

Would be nice if they knew what a banana milkshake was!! One of the staff said I could buy a banana so they would make one. Seriously!? I went to another Stewarts up by Schenectady and they knew what it was and how to make it.
