Upstate provides a good product for a competitive price. They also don't bother you like other pest solutions businesses.

This business is owned by Donnie White. He serviced our property in 2019 entering a ten year termite bond which we paid up front. 2020 was very difficult to get him to inspect. Many calls, no shoes and rescheduled. We finally got the inspection in October which was due in august. Again this year we are unable to get him to come for inspection. After 4 rescheduled and 3 no shows ( the last today) I called him from a different phone number and he answered 3 hours after the missed appointment. He said he’s”slammed”. and “too busy”. He is unresponsive to calls and texts. He no-shows repeatedly. He does not feel an obligation to call and update the customer he has scheduled a time with. We are done with him and unfortunately it will cost us additional money to go to another company. Seriously consider before doing business with this company. I will avoid him from now on. Customer service and common courtesy are not part of this man’s professional repertoire. AVOID. AVOID.
