Great experience with Dr. Bush and all the staff.

LOVE Easley Family Practice. I HAVE NEVER had a problem in all years I have been a patient. DR Welborn is the best, he always listens to me and has time for me. The staff has always been friendly and nice. I miss Ellen who was Dr Welborns nurse for many years, RIP.

Great Doctors,and friendly people. I have always had great service and good information on my problems. Will go back and recommend them.

If you want a doctor that is fit for you and really cares for your well being this will be the place to go but I don't know much about the others I have only see doctor Huma Aftab before she left now I see doctor Cathrine she is really awesome love her and she really cares about her patience and cares and understandsand she really listens to what you have to say I love that about a doctor

Great doctors but it's hard to get an appointment

Today was my first time appointment with Dr. Patel. I wrongly assumed I would be getting a physical exam and instead, it was just questions asked about my medical history.
My appointment was scheduled for 3:40p.m. and I was told to arrive at 3:25 to fill out paperwork.
I was there by 3:25. After Ashley took my temperature, blood pressure, etc., I waited in the exam room until 4:20 when Dr. Patel finally came in. I had several health issues to ask her about and never got the chance.
For a first time meeting with Dr. Patel, I felt rushed, and felt she was hurrying to leave. No comment on the fact she was 40 minutes late to my appointment time.
No physical exam either, and being given only 10 minutes of her time, I had many unanswered questions that needed to be addressed.
When she finished asking her questions she gave me her card, with the office phone number, said to call if I had any questions. She did not take the time to ask about any other issues. She seemed preoccupied and distracted.
I am astounded by her way of helping a new patient.

Called regarding an appointment to get prescription refill as well as a Mammagram appt and someone called about a wellness checkup later in the year I was needing clarification on the check up left messages several times and never got a call back just need to get a respond

You can’t ever get in touch with then I’ve called and it goes to the after hours message and it’s 8:40 in the morning it says there open 8 am to 4:30 pm!!! Very dissatisfied

I do not recommend Dr. Pittman if you want a doctor who takes time to listen and assess your needs. I thought for a while before posting this review but after discussing his MyChart comments with other doctors, I feel comfortable enough attesting to his unprofessional behavior. I visited Dr. Pittman for a simple adhd consult to be referred to a psychiatrist. He spent the visit extremely concerned over a benzodiazepine prescribed to me without really attempting to understand why it was prescribed. Furthermore he tried to push me to get onto an SSRI, despite knowing or attempting to understand my mental health history. Keep in mind, I visited for an adhd REFERRAL. I’ve been to many doctors due to many health issues and this is the one of the few who made me feel blatantly disrespected, dismissed, and uncomfortable.

Dr rude and not patient centered. Does not represent the best providers for Prisma Health. Do not recommend as a provider of care.

Dr. Busch was very condescending and rude. I witnessed this first hand when my daughter asked me to accompany her to her appointment to offer medical background, symptoms and context to help the doctor better evaluate a course of treatment. It was clear about 20 seconds into the visit as to why my daughter has gotten flustered in times past and can never remember what she plans to say. I was immediately ignored and talked over by Dr. Busch, who turned her attention to my daughter and said, "I'd like to hear your thoughts, not hers". Totally implying that I was some type of controlling, helicopter parent. Seriously?! I've never accompanied my 24 year old married daughter to one of her appointments before. She has a husband, two children and runs her own life and household just fine. For this to be implied by this doctor was not only unjustified but insulting. After my daughter referred her right back to me saying it was for this purpose she had asked me to come, Dr Busch was clearly irritated and
spoke with a condescending tone and manner the rest of the visit. She not only acted as if we were medically ignorant, which I assure you we are not. But she never seemed to REALLY listen and even made some unprofessional comments regarding avoiding pregnancy and to "get in line behind 50,000 other patients who would like an evaluation". Her patients clearly do not really matter. At least not as much as her superiority complex seems to. Honestly, I'm not surprised this is the caliber of Dr.'s that work for Prisma Healthcare. What a shame!

If I could give Dr.Pittman a -0 , I would. He makes you feel like an idiot! He's extremely rude, and does not want to hear what you have to say, because he has the degree. Worse dr I have been to , hands down. I expressed to him how bad my anxiety is and some of the things I know in my head is part of it but can't help to over think or worry about , only for him to look at and talk to me like I'm stupid. Also you have to have separate visits for everything . He won't address all problems or concerns in once visit
