I’m going to spend the next couple of hours kicking myself for missing this yummy restaurant for so long. We moved here two years ago, but did not know about this place until a Google search tonight. Now I can’t believe we’ve gone two years without trying it.

The service is friendly and welcoming. The food was on a whole other level. Normally I’d have to travel to Rock Hill to find a good curry; not anymore. The hot and sour soup is as close to authentic as I’ve ever tasted. Every dish was cooked to perfection and worth every cent we paid. This restaurant is definitely going on the regular rotation of delicious eats!

A deceptively wonderful meal. Even though the outside of the building isn't glamorous, all the emphasis is on the food.

The meal was flavourful and generous. It appears to be a family operated restaurant and exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to visit again.

This is the only go to in town since I've been here. After many visits, I've never had a bad or disappointing experience which is saying alot these days!☺ I first went here with family at least 6 or 7 yrs ago & the hibachi was great! Now living here, this is my fave place in town & the sushi is SO good! The fried sushi rolls are a must! Its always a party in your mouth! Good job akina!

We are new to the Lancaster area and have been waiting to find a restaurant that we would want to go back to. This is it. Hidden gem. Food was fresh, sushi was on point. Will return many times.

Food was great. Excellent portions to cost. We did come in early so the place was very slow.

I lost the pics I tool but next time I visit I will be getting some! The employees ate always so nice, and if you don't quite understand them they don't have a rude attitude like some other restaurants! They allow you to pick where you want to sort if it isn't too crowded... They always greet you with a smile and have some of the best offers and prices comparable in town! -Ive gotten a lot worse food from other places less than a mile away for more money!!

Had the edamame and egg rolls for an appetizer.. they were delicious! Ordered 4 different sushi rolls (some cooked, some raw) and we loved all 4 of them! Great little find; can't wait to go back and try the hibachi!!!

I love it here. The cutest kid helps seat you and get you drinks! The sushi is super good and i love the mushroom soup! Everything we have ordered here has been perfect! Great hibachi steak and broccoli. Will definitely go back here time and time again!!

Wow. This is an amazing example of great tasting fresh food. Outstanding waiter eager to please. I'll try to spell his name, Hang". Forgive me if I got it wrong. Give this place a chance. Did wife's birthday and he offered dessert on the house. Needless to say he deserved more than a 25% tip which I gladly did. Enjoy and watch for my future restaurant reviews.

had a bit of a switch up with my order but i was able to call them and they were so nice and were very fast with correcting the mistake. Food is super yummy and customer service is great

We appreciate this whole place. The whole staff is wonderful the food is terrific. Prices are amazing. It's a little run down bit nothing a little paint and a good washing can't fix. We ate for 3 people with high quality sushi for least than 100 dollars.

When I visit Akina I get the hibachi chicken but one time I called in my order over the phone and one reason or another I received the teriyaki chicken instead. I appreciate how Akina replaced my food with no hesitation and it was made fresh per usual as always when I want there hibachi chicken combo.

Gosh where do i start. I absolutely love this place and everyone in it. I go there as often as i can with the dates i take, always order diet coke and California roll. I love thé miso soup and the soft atmosphere when it’s later at night, every guy i bring loves it. I cannot express the amount of love i have for this place and what’s in it, the food is amazing, the quality is amazing, everything about it is amazing.

We moved back down after living in Philly. One of the biggest things I miss about the city is the food. Sushi being the top of my list. Stopped in for lunch spur of the moment and left so happy. Fabulous sushi and delicious sweet and sour sauce. I almost cried happy tears being able to have sweet potato roll. Definitely will come again, and again. Ty
