Regular take-out fast-food establishment. The turkey sandwich and the chicken wrap are both good choices. We do not choose to have any dressing on either.

Diablo dare was off the chain! Loved it and the loaded fries. Vanilla shake at the end to cool me off for the win. I didn't drink a sip while eating

I stopped going to this Arbys as of October 2020 and the Reason being I went 4 times in the month of October through the Drive Thru window and every time the Order was wrong. The time before my Last Visit I ordered the Biggest Roast beef sandwich on the Menu with Cheese and of course I got No cheese so I circled and went back through the drive through the drive thru pulled up to the Window and spoke to a manager and handed him the Sandwich and my Reciept and He snatched it from my Hand as if I was getting on his nerves to get my order right the dude didn't even apologize. Well I tried one last time a week Later my order was exactly the same this time however I was given the smallest sandwich they had and it was cold again my order was wrong This time I spoke to the Manager and told him about the problems I was having and He stated the entire crew was new he didn't offer no apology and He acted as if I was making a big deal out of nothing which to me it is a big deal when every time I visit this Arbys my order is wrong and the way they act when I try getting what I paid for needless to say me and my wife desided not to go back. Oh did I mention when I spoke to the Manager on my Last Visit he was rolling his eyes. How would that make you feel as a paying customer. I can Honestly say the whole encounter let me with a bad taste and I cannot see myself going back. You wanted a honest review well here it is.

Back in the early days of COVID we're were told to just walk up to the drive thru window to place our order, since my husband and I don't drive, and every time we visited, the Arby's team handled our order and the drive thru without skipping a beat. If Hardee's just down the road had done that, they'd probably have much more business than they do now. Thank you Arby's, for your smooth adjustment to COVID and for realizing, not everyone has a car, but everyone has to get some Roast Beast and an Ultimate Chocolate Shake sometimes. Thank you for working with us. Some fast food places think pedestrians are just a nuisance. Peace, Love, Happiness,

The young woman manager today (3/20/18 @11:39am) took my drive thru order and was so pleasant, friendly and welcoming! What a nice change from other drive thru voices you hear! I actually complimented her at the pick up window. I wish I had her name to post it here.

Christopher the manager was super great. They are so short handed with only him and 2 employees. He was patient and very personable under the current circumstances. Super nice person!!!!

I love the lady name Heather that works the drive thru. She is always so friendly and polite. The world needs more people like her. The deep fried turkey BLT is great.

Very nice and professional attitude. I think the gentlemen's name was Alex but I'm not too sure.
I was there on 7/6/21 between 9-10 pm. I would definitely recommend this place just based on that but the food was great also. Thanks guys!!

Brandy is one of the managers and she was terrific when I called explaining that my order was not right. She had it set up for replacement with no hassles.

I ordered a beef and cheddar, but they gave me a classic cheesesteak instead. That was an awesome sandwich, and will definitely be coming back for more of those! #happyaccidents

I had to wait for a long time because the lady in front of me from door dash felt the need to tell the employee at the drive thru off the girl was so sweet and insisted on paying for my food because of the long wait never is there a reason to be rude to people 🙃

Love their sandwiches. Used coupons from the circular so it was not expensive. Fed 2 adults and 2 children for $26 and brought food home

Quick friendly service, each meal separated into its own bag, fries fresh. And a big bag to carry it all to the truck.

Very chill location. Always nice and orderly. Very helpful and nice staff members.

My grand kids know if I pick them up we are getting the 2-5 special. Milkshake and sliders for 3 kids is good deal for after school snacks.

We have lived in Pickens for almost a year now and every time we go to Arbys, everyone in there is so nice..Very clean restaurant also..Keep up the great work!!!
