Drove from pelzer, showed up at 3:30 to sign my paperwork and get my gate code. I had already called and paid over the phone. They're closed. Website says 5. Bs.
My phone call was returned after two messages and he sounded genuinely upset that there was a miscommunication.

Seems like they don't want any business. They have on their website to call for assistance but they never answer and when you leave a voicemail they don't call back.
