Pickens County EMS

On Jan 9th around 8 to 830 pm I needed EMS and the two that came was wonderful. The gentleman and lady named Jess was wonderful. She was the driver and the reason I remembered her name is because I heard it when he would say it. I know he told me his but all I can remember is his back was hurting him but he never stopped working with me. He knew exactly what was happening. I was having a heart attack. He stayed calmed and walked me thru it all. He had the hospital waiting on me when I got there. He never left my side until he knew I was in good hands. I want to thank both of them for being there and taking good care of me when I needed them. Thank you both so much.

As a nurse working one minute and waking up in an ambulance the next... I was put at ease instantly in the capable care of Greg... he had an IV started... blood drawn... EKG running and still found time to comfort me and explain what he was doing... thank you Greg!!!!

This review is mainly for the office manager Niki.... I had a problem with billing and she handled it immediately. She was very very kind and understanding. Thanks again Niki for your help!

Gabe and Dave were great with my stepdad. They took time with him. Couldnt of asked for better. They were awesome.

I was treated by Pickens EMS, and they did a fantastic job, even providing medical records to help my doctor.

Best EMS service ever

My mom asked to be taken to St Francis for a broken hip. Especially since her primary doctors are at St Francis. Instead they took it upon themselves to bring her to Prizma Health in Easley. Now they won’t transfer her to St Francis. Ridiculous!! What happened to patients’ rights.
