I registered online and paid with zero human contact. I missed a phone call; when I tried to call back their office had closed for the day. I found they had sent me an email with what they were probably calling me about. I filled out the form they sent on my phone while out at dinner and was able to go pickup my lock that afternoon before 10pm. I think what had happened was the unit I originally registered for must have been taken around the same time so they were nice enough to give me a different one. I just had to fill out that form and all was good to go. The facility is clean and has a great drainage setup to keep water away from the units. I am very happy and plan on using them for a while. I think their prices are very good.

Our experience at Extra Space was very good. Lisa made us feel very welcome and part of the ES family with her knowledge of the companies policies and any other questions we had , which included questions we had about certain items. She was super professional and we enjoyed the time we spent with her.

I’ve had a unit here for 9 months now and every time I have a question or need assistance with something, the staff are very helpful and nice! I also was very happy with the price I got on my unit. I actually had another unit with a different company and felt they were overcharging me so I shopped around and found this place where I was able to get a unit the same day. We had some issues in the beginning with the unit, but the staff was very quick to fix the problem and communicative. Thanks Lisa!

Wonderful experience getting a climate-controlled storage building here. A bit pricey but with all of the perks (24/7 CLEAR surveillance, new and clean facility, first month free, wonderful staff, etc) it is worth it! Lisa and Amber were amazing and helped me find the perfect units for my needs.

I had the best experience there at extra space storage. Shawn the manager was extremely helpful. He made everything work out perfectly. Very knowledgeable about their services. Was in and out in no time!!! I would recommend this extra space storage to anyone who is looking for a safe clean and secure storage facility!!!
