Got here 2 hours early. In dock 30 minutes later, out within the hour. Fast unloading

Came late night around 2:45 am just to give it try… there was a guy working in receiving department… accepted and unloaded fast… if you come day time it might be tight space to back with other truck in doors…

FedEx Freight driver there for a pickup in and out, grant two rolls of paper on plts not the same as 45000 lbs of paper rolls ot takes time to safely unload plus load.....keep on trucking.

So my experience is totally different then other reviews. My delivery appointment was at 10am, I checked in at 8am and I was out in 45 minutes. The receiver guy even cleaned floor mats that they used under paper rolls.

I seen some real bad reviews about this place and unload times. My experience was great unloaded from n 20 minutes great place I’ll be back

Terrible place to be unloaded. This place is a complete waste of time. There is a long line waiting to be loaded and off loaded but I am the only truck in a dock with nobody unloading for over an hour now. The receiving department needs to be fired and replaced.

It is now 18:30 still have not started unloading me yet... WOW all day affair around here to get big rolls of paper off...

Big waiting line very slow to off load appointment means nothing here. Too much waste of time not worth it.

Believe all the bad reviews. This is a horribly run facility. 1+ hours for a 5 minute pickup, 2 skids.... WHAT A JOKE..... YOU ALL SHOULD BE FIRED....

If you are a truck driver. And you want to wait hours upon hours to be unloaded, then this is the place for you.

Sorry receiving department. Need to terminate all employees in receiving.
