Walmart Neighborhood Market

Wanted to share a recent experience at my local Walmart Neighborhood Market on Cherry Road Rock Hill SC. Store Manager Demon and associate Kim Boyd were completely wonderful and definitely went well beyond the extra mile in helping me to locate an Apple earbud that fell out of my ear and bounced way into the back of a display shelf at a checkout. They were courteous kind and professional to the utmost. I really cannot congratulate Walmart enough on these two excellent staff members who quite definitely deserve some major recognition for their stellar customer service

Helpful workers. I’m partnering with Walmart to clean up trash from the parking lots and common areas. Donations via cash app are welcomed.

First time I've been in one of these half Walmart's. I was impressed, not a real large selection of food but good for what you need . I enjoyed my visit to this mini Walmart. Loved not fighting the regular larger Walmart crowds.

Barbara the cashier was very nice and helpful! She went out of her way to notify us that her register was open and she was kind during a rushed holiday season. Refreshing! :)

Fully stock as far as I could see, and lower prices, short lines. First visit,and I will be going back, checkout was nice and fast.8-5-22 still a great place not crowded everytime I go. prices the same, great workers. Some prices has went up due to the economy 10-19-22 same great values

I like the small size of the store. The produce seems to be fresher than the superstores. It's easy to find what you want if all you want are the usual things that would be in a store this size. It's never very crowded. And it's easy to navigate and check out. The parking lot is always crowded.

After having a HORRIBLE online grocery pick up experience, an employee made that experience so much better! I waited over 30 mins for my order to be brought to my car, to get home and was missing 5 items! I called back to let the store know that my online grocery order was missing multiple items and LaJana (sorry if i misspelled) was very apologetic and was determined to make it right! She walked me through the refund process over the phone and when I couldn’t request a refund on chicken drumsticks, she told me what time she worked the next day and wanted to assure me she would get the item to me. The next day I called and she remembered my name and had my item waiting on me! She personally brought it to the car and again apologized for the issues with my grocery order the previous day! I just want her to be recognized for her amazing customer service! Thank you again LaJana!

Stopped in on my way through the area and one worker was super nice and helped me several times to find items. Very good shopping experience.

Yay for Walmart having a convenient neighborhood location, with everyday supplies and a full selection of groceries; all with the great savings we have come to know and love. The staff is super friendly too. They stay busy, but that's because everything is fresh and less expensive than the other guys.

I was surprised... with a pending snow storm that there was anything in the store. There was a lot of items missing, but the employees were restocking quickly. I was able to get what I came for and get out pretty fast!

Customer service was excellent

Easy entrance, face mask worn not mandatory, wheelchairs easy to get for whom ever needs it. Only one employee had a issue when I asked him where a product was located. I would SAY he must not like his job.

The staff know where everything is and are extremely polite and helpful, I usually have of course my 4 year old, and my legally blind mother in law and at times my legally blind husband, if they're stocking shelves and see that we either need to get by or need a space to get out of the way to grab something they make sure there's room for 2 carts to do so.

A lot better than the one on Dave Lyle super Walmart. Super Walmart is nasty the employees are not nice and they run their mouth and I don't know about nobody else but in my day when an employee treats a customer like they treated me and a lot of other people they would have lost their jobs but I guess being the race that they are has a lot to do with it

I took the ride bought many things and caught the ride back it is an easy way to get prescriptions filled buy yummy treats and fresh fruit

Went to pharmacy a little after 7pm to get a prescription filled for my daughter and they were out.
Associates in the pharmacy called around to other stores to see if they had any. Turns out that the company was having a shortage, so Kim called the doctor and got my daughter taken care of. Thank you Kim and your fellow staff that you have working with you in the pharmacy for helping my family and others. You all are very much appreciated.

Convenient location, easy to find what you need and it's cleaner and better maintained than most Walmarts I've seen around! I highly recommend it.

I was very impressed with this offshoot of my local York SC Walmart. This place is clean stocked very nicely had every item I was seeking and prices were actually a bit cheaper ....Not to mention friendly staff and many open Lanes unlike York Walmart ...
