Taylor's General Store

We stopped in this evening to look around. So many canned goods, fresh local eggs, raw milk, coffee beans, old-fashioned candy and mmmm ice cream!

We tried the peach shake and it was so delicious! Can't wait to go back and try a chili and pimiento cheese hotdog!

This is a little hidden gem in Pickens and you should definitely stop in and check it out! Lots of Jones sodas, too!

Oh! And Melissa & Doug toys! And survival and prepping supplies!

Oh my! The ice cream, hot dogs, BBQ, and the soup were all delicious! My scales may start screaming, but I will go back soon. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out. Pickens truly has a treasure, and I'm glad to have found it.

A great general store. Fresh local food, ice cream, lunch items, cast iron cookware, so much more. Great local family runs the store. They also broadcast the Around Pickens show from there every Monday morning.

Never get tired of this quaint, old fashion style general store! From outdoor equipment, to quality toys, to your one stop lunch stop, to you name it, they have it all! The owners are awesome down to earth people and I promise you won't be disappointed with your visit!

Amazing little country store. Great hot dogs, bbq, and ice cream. Only thing better is the people. Genuinely great folks. If you have not been in, you really need to go!!
