Hands down the best storage facility in the area. The owner has the most joyful personality and is so passionate about the work she does. All the managers are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed as you come through the gate or stop in the office. The prices are great and the customer service is unmatched. Can’t recommend them enough.

Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful! The facility is clean and they have the best rates around. If you are in need of a place to store your extra things, I would recommend them all year long! They are the best!

Before I became a customer of “Powdersville self storage”, I was doing a moving job for ”all my sons moving and storage“, and the first thing that I noticed was how friendly, and helpful the staff were, I also love how clean the grounds/units were/are, not to mention there’s a lot of ground space and numbers on the buildings, which made locating my unit easy to locate, and my MOST FAVORITE thing was/is how I am ALWAYS able to access my unit 24/7, which is very convenient. I genuinely recommend ”Powdersville self storage” !! Lastly, I can personally tell you that they’re SO MUCH MORE than a storage company, they’ve literally went above and beyond for my family, and I when we it needed it the most.

Nice place. Super easy to work with. Id much rather deal with a locally owned place than a corporate owned place with a 10 option call tree. Super friendly and got my unit reserved and paid over the phone so I didn't have to come in multiple times.

We have had several storage units over the past several years and our experience has always been great. We appreciate Tina and her professionalism and all the staff are so helpful!

First of all when you walk into the office, it’s totally beautiful and very welcoming! It only got better because Allison is not only very warm, accommodating and kind, but she exemplifies the utmost professional service. They made me absolutely feel like family and Sophrona totally rescued me by referring me Moore Moving when I was in last minute dire straits!!! Awesome and fair pricing and hands down the BEST quality customer service!!! I am very grateful to all the ladies at Powdersville Storage!!!

The facility is easily accessed. The units have always been clean and well maintained.
The staff has always been friendly and willing to work with me...both financially and when I needed more storage space. When engaged in conversation, they showed much concern and interest my wellbeing. It has been a pleasure doing business with them.
