Best Western Plus Pineville-Charlotte South

Came here for work, would definitely come again.
Best western pineville was easily accessible to Charlotte and South Carolina, the rooms were spacious clean and the area is around both restaurants and stores.
Kristen was great at answering all questions I had and made sure that my check in process was seamless . She suggested different restaurants as well as answered my questions about the area. She was polite and went out of her way to ensure I enjoyed my stay.

What a great hotel staff are amazing here the gentleman that checked me in was really professional very polite and helpful.
I was upgraded to a suite which was nice really enjoyed from the location here it’s really good everything is walkable you have a mall across the way you have lots of possibilities for dinner you have a pool to relax in etc couldn’t say even about this location.
Breakfast was good had everything you needed.
Lots of parking in the morning I done opposite a walk around the creek which was nice
All in all location is great and you have everything there will certainly look at going back

Great Place. Had to stay a week unexpectedly. Matt was one of the most helpful, collected, effective people I've encountered in quite a while. Smooth stay. Nice place. Great people. This is a go-to hotel for me whenever in the area. It's a great value for the money and the staff is especially kind. The rooms are clean and usually in good condition except for a broken mini fridge or room phone on occassion. The area is really nice with a beautiful greenway access and walkable stores. It's also very safe compared to a loy of the rest of the Charlotte area. I'd recommend this place, especially for business travel.

I really love this location I come here all the time and they are sooo sweet and nice clean and respectful. Great breakfast and great hospitality. I fully recommend to call my friends family and peers. And it’s right by the mall .

We stayed in a suite on 3rd floor. It was laid out very nice. The bed was cozy and we liked the separate living room with two TVs. We got food delivered and having the counter with chairs was nice. The employee at the front desk upon check in was very helpful with my email with coupons on it for my stay.

Super friendly staff and laid back management, willing to work with you/ help out on many different things . Would absolutely recommend and will DEFINITELY be staying in the future 👍🏻

Room was nice. Key card wouldn't work in side entrance. Breakfast and coffee were great.

Mall, restaurants all by walkable distance. Walking trail opposite to the stay. Privacy respected. Decent free Breakfast. Kind and courteous staff.

Great location , services , staff is friendly , professional and prompt to assist when hotel issue spring upon the scene.

Everything we needed and super convenient for our purpose. Read a lot of the reviews before booking and was hesitant but my experience was opposite to what I read. Found the staff helpful and friendly and the room clean and adequate. It's not modernized and needs some tlc but overall it's an great place for the price.

Front desk was very nice at check in and explained everything about the property amenities. Room was beautiful and super clean. Nice and quiet. I couldn't hear the neighbors beside me and slept well on their comfy beds. Breakfast wasn't anything fancy. Typical hotel breakfast fare, but their pancake machine was pretty neat. Check out at 12 was perfect. Overall great experience and a great price for the room. Would stay here again.

Great location to avoid highways and/or for hospital visits. Just what you'd expect for a 2.5 star hotel. Rooms were clean, rest of hotel also kept in good shape. Nice free breakfast area and pool area. Walking distance to bar/restaurants.

My family and I were very pleased by the way we were greeted and welcomed by all the staff. The rooms were very clean and the beds are very comfortable. This was our 1st time staying at a Best Western Plus but this will not be our last time. Our 6 day stay here was wonderful. We will definitely tell all our friends. Thank you for your wonderful services.
P.S. My 6yr old said please tell them that the pool was marvelous.

Everything at this affordable, clean and convenient hotel met or exceeded our expectations. Ideal price point, clean comfortable room with King bed. The outdoor pool was a nice touch. Complimentary hot breakfast was also nice.

We booked this hotel for the low price and nice pictures online. We arrived to find it extremely clean, well decorated, and it smelled great. Our room was awesome. We had a mini fridge, microwave, tons of storage space, iron with full board, and a well outfitted bathroom. The room was spacious, neat, modern, and came with a workstation as well. Overall, very impressive considering the price we paid. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Christina and Tykira are both amazing! They are always so sweet and make checking in easy. If I ever need anything they make sure to handle it immediately. We travel a lot all around the south-east and they are absolutely the nicest hotel employees we have ever met!

The service here was excellent. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. When I slept in late one morning and missed the free breakfast, José asked me if I wanted muffins, fruit, and orange juice. He really went out of his way for me. I’ll definitely stay at this Best Western again when we visit family in Charlotte.

Hotel staff was very helpful and knowledgeable with the area and where to go for shopping and food. The room was nice and clean no issues. The breakfast was amazing, fresh and delicious. Pricing was also reasonable. Thank you for the great time.
