Lowe's Home Improvement

I use this Lowes about twice a month for one thing or another. Like most big box stores they've pared the payroll way down. But whenever I can't find assistance I just look the item up on my phone on their website. It pops up with the number in stock, the aisle it's located in, and the specific bay. It's convenient and incidentally that's how the people that work there find an item when you ask for help. Loads of parking. Long hours. No hassle returns. And very dog friendly. I recommend this Lowes.

Honestly the best part of this store is the people hear. It feels like the employees are just my neighbors. They are all so friendly, always remember me. They stop me when I’m shopping to ask how much I liked that last thing I bought. They don’t just answer yes or no to problems they are always on their toes and creative with solutions to fixing things I never thought of. They could be out of an item and I’d rather wait till it restocked to give them my business than drive across town to another place. Truly so lovely.

Lowe's has a lot of store front items as you walk in. This is a nice location. I noticed they have veteran parking spots, which I think is wonderful for those who have served our country.

Damon, Dusty, Cameron, and Eric have all been extremely helpful every time I've come in and needed help getting lumber cut. Everyone at this store is professional, courteous, and knows there stuff!

Friendly staff ready to assist. I go here due to proximity to home. Well maintained and managed. Definitely recommend.

Shoutout to lady in Lowe's Indian Land today on 08/16 at about 5 pm from Ukrainian (me) for the best service I've ever met. I was looking for small plastic part for blinds to replace broken one. She showed all they have, give me good advice and we just chat nicely. She is the best.

Love Lowe's store people, but have to wonder about longevity of the products they sell. Their purchasing keeps beating on their vendors for lower prices, vendors cheapen products to hit lower prices or risk being kicked out. It's a rush to the basement, looked what happened to Sears & KMart!! Not the only reason but if they had decent merchandise they would still be around!!

I like visiting this particular location, as they are nice and quick to help.

I am a fan of Lowes. Lately I have been ordering online and materials are delivered to the address where they are needed. This saves me time.

I needed some help while in the Garden Center and Jai stepped right up! Zero hesitation! This young man is professional, organized, beyond courteous, and obviously a great team player and team lead. He's a huge credit to Lowe's the corporation, as well as to the small garden center here itself. If this young man isn't running this department now, he should be. Good job Lowes in hiring only the best! Jai,thank you!

Went there over memorial day weekend to get some supply to fix my bathroom. I'm not great to fix though and not had much knowledge to find the appropriate tools and equipment but was fortunate to find Mr. Kent who listened my issue and find me stuff I needed and guided me over how to install those correctly. I followed his instructions and job got done smoothly.

Every Lowes look the same , up don't always carry the same product you saw in another lowes..but I always go there. People are outstanding.

Had to buy a new dishwasher and this Lowes team was awesome. We didn’t have to wait for someone to notice us. Their associate walked right up and we got what we wanted.

Picked up a cook stove. They had no problem with us opening the box and doing a compete inspection. We came from Belmont and this was the only one any Lowe's had in stock. So we didn't want to get all the way home and find a dent or any problem. Stove works great. Family member who received it, very happy. Employee took all the cardboard and peanuts away so no mess when we got home. Yea!

Lowe's never disappoints us. Home goods anyone ? Just Lowe's is the place to go !!

Home away from home that I'm forever remodeling it seems. Had one issue with a person in flooring. Just very odd in how he answered questions that came off rude. Otherwise any other staff has always been great.

Store is always clean and organized.

Lowes app always up to date so the employees are always doing good on keeping up with changes.

I do recommend shopping against their prices as they do seem to be over priced a bit in some spots. They price match at the time of this review.

In the end... its lowes. Lowes is Lowes nothing over the top.

I came to Lowe’s today to compare different LVP flooring. Pasquale helped me and he was so knowledgeable and kind. I rarely ever encounter customer service worth raving about, but he truly exceeded all my expectations.

Always very friendly and helpful. I just took advantage of curbside pickup twice for a ton of mulch during the spring sale. As a pregnant mom, with a husband who works 12 hour days, the convenience of someone loading the truck for me is the best customer service ever. I appreciate it SO MUCH. Thanks Lowe’s!!!!
