Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Came here a few months ago and got their special which was Cookie Monster crumble if I remember correctly. It did not disappoint! The toppings were in abundance and the ice cream itself was creamy. Bruster’s is always a safe bet when it comes to dessert.

I LOVE this place!! I've been to the one in Anderson, S. C., over by the mall a few times, and fell in love the first time!
Don't get me wrong, I really like dairy queen too. But there's something special about real ice cream!!
I admit the prices are on the high side, but who's prices haven't gone up? The banana split is my favorite. Can't wait to get to go get me one!!

Love their ice cream on Thursday you can bring your own banana and get a banana split for half price. Great place.

I've been to this location numerous times, but today I felt compelled to write a review. It was more or less crowded when we got there, but that didn't have any effect on the service we received. Per the sign, the crew was Austin, Brent, & Hailey. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was juggling two small children and melting ice cream! Noticing this, even with a steady stream of customers, I was offered a cup to help with a dripping cone. The ice cream is always good but positive customer service is what keeps people coming back.

Delicious ice cream, as always! It is one of the best ice cream places in the area! The menu changes to keep things fresh! It's a walk up place and you can sit outside at the benches! They also make birthday cakes, but give them 48 hours for ice cream cakes! Very quick and friendly service, so you dint need to worry about waiting long, even if there is a line!

Super friendly staff...surprising as they're all teenagers! Usually places run by teenagers are....not so "together".
Ice cream is always perfect and (almost) fully stocked.
TONS of customers yet, they got through the line fast!
We have 5 kids so ice cream is pretty much a staple for us lol this place is always our go-to! They are consistent, friendly, a little pricey but their flavors are NOT your run-of-the-mill boring vanilla! 💙💜💚💙💜💚

Always a great experience, we love their ice cream and sitting outside enjoying a nice evening. The staff are always nice and friendly. Is also not crazy expensive so it's fun to take the kids too. Pups enjoy it as well!

I got a Peanut Butter Cream w/Caramel & New York Cheesecake added Milk Shake, Yummm!

Love the Butter Pecan but tried something different and it was delicious. Ice cream couldn’t handle the weight of the dinosaur cookie and everything else that was in it but totally worth it. Only issue though, seemed like they forgot to pick up trash next to the benches. Parking is a bit of a hassle but other than that nice place to take family and friends.

Thursdays you can bring your own banana and get half price banana split! That's what my friend and I did. They were great. Bruster's has a great selection of ice creams, yogurt, sherbet, sorbet, and italian ice.

Love their ice cream flavors especially the dark chocolate Graham cracker in a waffle cone 😋 and the staff are so nice!

Ice cream was a little soft and was melting fast. Only meant they had just made it fresh not too long ago. Service was excellent. She kept the line moving.

Staff were great. We went to Brusters because my phone gave notification that my fav flav was available. It then gave the option to purchase pints and quarts through the to go section of app after inputting my zip code again. Staff didnt know that you could do this, and then app crashed anyway and did not let me show them, but we least I had paypal receipts I'd saved. Great service with a smile and wonderful, homemade ice cream!

Great variety of choices. If it is not on the list, ask. They don't have room to list everything. They have everything ice cream; cakes, banana splits, sundaes, shakes, cones, etc... Excellent service!!!

Always a fun place to visit as they have some great ice cream flavors and always a new one to try. Their cones are packed full and the cone itself is very fresh.
