My husband and I are in the process of moving from Michigan to South Carolina. We needed a place for short term storage so I looked online for a storage facility near our desired location. River Road Storage has very reasonable prices, had a unit available and it was very easy to set everything up online. While we were loading things into our unit, the manager stopped by to say hello and make sure everything was okay. Great customer service!

The Manager, Michael is super nice and helpful. He was kind enough to wait patiently for me a few minutes after closing time to make sure I was taken care of. I expected him to go through all of the rules, fees, etc...very fast seeing's that it was time for him to go home. Instead, Michael took me to all three of my units and MADE sure I understood everything and what I was supposed to do. He went through all of my paperwork with me and even separated all of my lock and keys for me! :) Everyone that "I Know" has had a good experience here. I would definitely recommend this property to ANYONE. You will not be disappointed.

Though there are many storage solutions available here, I recently started renting a 10' x 10' storage unit here. The staff member was friendly, and the location seems to be secured, well monitored, and well maintained. The location is close and convenient to the Powdersville area, and the rate was competitive and the unit clean. No complaints this far.

River Road Storage is a secure place for my belongings, and is so convenient for me to get to, being less than a half a mile from I-85, Exit 39. Their prices are reasonable as well. They set me up on auto-pay, so I don't even have to mail my payment in monthly. Just be careful of the ditches on either side of the entry or exit.

We got a great deal, and enjoyed storing our household items there for a few months. The employees were always friendly and professional, and very helpful in every way. I'd highly recommend using this facility!

I would highly recommend this storage facility. It is very convenient to I-85 and the greater Greenville/Piedmont/Powdersville area. It is a secure facility and well-kept. I stored in an outdoor access unit. I had my things there during Hurricane Irma's impact on the Upstate and had no water leaks or damage to property during that time. The management is very kind and helpful. Auto-pay options are available for your convenience. This was my first storage unit experience and it was a great one!
