Total is definitely the best gym around period! The General Manager James is great to deal with and truly acts like he cares about you. Their environment is great and it is the best gym for the money especially with what they offer.

Total Fitness is the best gym in the upstate in my opinion. They have the best equipment and its always nice and clean. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and if you want a good work out with one of the trainers Tina is the one you need, she is amazing..

I’ve been working out at Total Fitness for over 35 years. I’ve known the owner since we were teenagers and he takes the fitness business very seriously.It’s the best gym in SC, and I have visited quite a few others over the years. Great atmosphere, equipment, and staff. You can’t go wrong stepping through the door and seeing for yourself!

I love the family atmosphere Total Fitness has, and the ladies only room is a big plus! They offer fitness classes each week that come with the membership, as well as the tanning beds, sauna, and pool. Tina has been an awesome coach by helping me meet my fitness goals!! 🙂

Maryanne S. Is an amazing employee here. She always has the best attitude and a smile to go with it. Anytime I have a question she is my go to girl. She is very professional. Total fitness should give this woman a raise because she goes above and beyond customer service for her customers!!!

I don’t always go to the gym to work out, but when I do, I go to Total Fitness. Seriously, though. Great, friendly staff, good machines, and the facility is kept clean. Child care, too! That’s helpful! Great place, would definitely recommend.

This is the best gym in the upstate!! The staff are so friendly and professional and always go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The equipment is heavy duty and the atmosphere is always laid back and nice. Also love the fact that the owners are real true Christians and it shows! Don’t waste your time at another gym! This place is the best bang for your buck!!

I had a pleasure in visiting Total Fitness Family Center. Time and time again while going home from work I would always pass by this place and just about every time I would say I wonder if they have a good. Speaking from the heart of a everyday gym goer I would say this place would be HOME to someone who loves gong to the gym. TBH I was just popping in to see the facility and get a price on daily passes. I was greeted with an amazing owner and staff. They took there time in showing me around the facility. I facility is legit guys and gals with true hardcore equipment that many will love. Thank you Total Family Fitness Center.

I have been coming to this gym for over 5 years. I love that it is family owned. When I walk in I feel comfortable and welcome. The gym is always cleaned, the staff is always up lifting and the equipment is just what I need. On top of the staff being great, the gym goers are just as nice. I have never had any issues. You for sure need to sign up and join the crew!!

The owner and his family in this gym is phenomenal! When I say family I mean everyone that works there and who workouts there! The atmosphere is friendly, uplifting and professional. This gym notices that you're here unlike other gyms where you're just another number. I've been coming here for years and I'm willing to drive the hour distance to workout here! Plus the BlackBerry smoothie with a pre-workout scoop is awesome!

Absolutely amazing gym, would 100% recommend. Exceptional variety of equipment, family atmosphere, not to mention the above and beyond customer service. James was especially helpful and very kind.

I love this gym!! When I go there I feel like family the owners and staff are always so welcoming. Very clean, and they take extra steps in sanitation. A lot of variety of machines, free weights and cardio. I love that they have personal trainers that can give me pointers and help me reach my goal. Best gym in the area and they have childcare which is very helpful for me.

I was a lot in America where there is no better place than the atmosphere here, people, simulators, and smoothies, I was in the sauna, keeps the temperature, I advise everyone to be here when I come back in this area like it, the price is lower than everywhere, the service is at a high level.

Just started going here but I love it. Not a huge gym but that’s okay, everyone knows everyone and I like that. Stephanie helped me get started and she is awesome! They have kid gym equipment and that is awesome! The owner is a wonderful man, have not met his wife yet but it’s a very family oriented gym. Sauna, steam room, tanning, pool, childcare, classes even classes for the kids, juice bar, they have a little outdoor gym and a huge field behind the gym for boot camps. Check this place out, you won’t regret it! I’m definitely looking forward to continuing my journey to becoming healthier at Total Fitness!!

Love total and the people there! The environment and staff are great, it’s a true old school gym. Go see James, the general manager, and he will get you all squared away!

This is a great place to work out and get in shape. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment is top notch with a huge selection of free weights. There are numerous award winning body builders and professional athletes training here regularly. Most are friendly and willing to help you improve and offer suggestions of techniques to try. I highly recommend this family friendly facility.
