Sit & Sleep @ Walkers

I went in to buy the most advertised electric recliner on line for $575.00. When I got there of course they were out. I was desperate for a chair because I just recently had femur surgery as well as a hip replacement. I was in so much pain I would have bought anything. So I bought a $1,000.00 lift recliner. Realizing that this was not the recliner I needed or wanted. Within 5 hours of purchase I called and left message about my concerns and asked for them to come and pick up my recliner. I wanted a bigger recliner and was willing to pay difference. 1st, rip of chair cheap, cheap. No one would call me back and ignored me. Customer satisfaction not a big concern to them. Word of mouth is a big deal breaker for me know a lot of peoples. Do what’s right. Carma will bite you in the butt. Just wait.

Nice salespeople and knowledgeable too.
They answered all the questions asked and demonstrated the features on the sofas we looked at.

We recently bought a sofa from these guys and not only love the quality, but how it looks with the rest of our decor! Gretchen (one of the sales people) and Mr. Walker went out of their way to make sure my husband and I were happy with our purchase. This will be our go-to place in the future when we need more furniture or a mattress. Customer service is their number one priority!

Really great furniture store with tons of options. We bought a beautiful rocker/recliner for our nursery yesterday and it looks perfect and is so comfortable. All the staff were so nice and helpful. Will definitely come back next time we need a piece of furniture.

Laura and everyone there are great. They helped us through a family medical crisis when we needed a lift recliner. Laura helped me complete everything over the phone because I couldn't leave the house. Delivery was scheduled in 3 days but they got it to us earlier. Fantastic, caring people!

Kim was awesome help us try different types of mattress till we found the one that was comfortable for us. She was so sweet to talk to had a great personality. William and Brandi was awesome to work with on purchasing our mattress and bed. Very good all the way around. We had 1 issue so make sure you have it in writing but it is what it is. They still was very nice.

We bought mattresses fo a bunk bed and a split king adjustable bed. Our sales lady (Brandie?) was very nice, professional and knew about the furniture. Going back for a living room suite this week! Their furniture is so comfortable!

I love Walkers !! Bought several pieces of furniture here. Everyone is so nice and I have always been very satisfied with my purchases. Just bought a couch and recliner Dottie was so wonderful and so patient with me. Mr. Walker was so kind and helpful also. Best furniture store ever 👌👌

I love Walker's & the staff there. From inside the store to delivery, everyone is polite, patient, & will do everything they can to make sure you leave a satisfied customer. I've bought my last 2 living room sets from there, & more recently 2 beds with adjustable bases & mattresses. No complaints from me. Going back this week for a chest, dresser, & nightstand. If you're not family when you get there, you'll feel like family when you leave.

We have been looking for a new recliner for my father in law. As he is over 80 we did not want to be going all and only getting a small choice. After seeing the TV add we decided to head over to Walkers and take a look, and it was worth the trip. They have the best range of recliners I have seen. The sale person Kim was very helpful and and was able to zone us right in on the chairs that would be more suitable for elderly person. She was very patient and helped moving chairs around so my father in law could try out different ones
We left the store with the new recliner in the back, very happy with the purchase and the service that we got from Kim. This will be the first place we head to next time we are looking for new furniture.

We have a challenging living room and needed to maximize seating capacity. The sales staff was very helpful and even took the time to look the room over using face-time (I think that's what it's called) on my wife's i-phone to get as much info as possible. We were able to get the couches/recliners we wanted that at first, we thought wouldn't fit and at a very reasonable price. Once again, a mom and pop store far exceeded the service and quality of the merchandise over and above the chain stores.

Walkers has a very big inventory of great furniture. I was very impressed with how much they have to choose from and their range of prices. Shannon was very helpful, and informative. I will definitely recommend them.
