Dr. Snipes is the best! When your there you have his undivided attention. Thorough, professional and friendly. As well as his office staff. Happy and grateful to say that Dr. Snipes is my primary care physician.

Dr Snipes and staff are very concerned with their patients well being. I always feel like all my concerns are answered. I have been a patient for many years and have had health issues that were promptly resolved.

Great medical care but bad problems with Bon Secours medical billing and management. One problem after another makes it a constant pain to deal with. Error after error. Bon secours sent wife a bill and couldn’t find her in their system to help her with it. Claiming she is uninsured, but she is on Medicare! Charged me as a new patient on my third visit after a year. Of using them. I don’t recommend Bon Secours.

I really loved Dr. Holton. I really wanted her to be my doctor. So I turned in all my paperwork and couldn’t get an appointment for a year! Just crazy. I could be died by then! Maybe they should not take new patients. That’s an idea!!!!

I've been trying to be seen for a week for an infection. The virtual visit platform they use is NOT user friendly at all! Now they are saying I'll need to wait even longer. I'm terrified of going to the ER because of COVID. This WAS a doctor's office I trusted with my health. Now feel they could care less.
