Quality Inn & Suites

Me and my wife visited this establishment for our anniversary weekend. The motel is definitely in need of some upgrades. They have a good pool which we enjoyed. The room wasn't very well maintained. Poor management and not very good service for the days we were here. The price per night was around the 80.00 dollar mark. Good location though. The motel here could use an upgrade and better management.

Came in late last night & checked right in with no problems. Got our room right away. Went inside the room it was just nice & cozy. The next day before check out we had a nice lady come to the door 10 mins before our check out to make sure we wouldn't be late, witch I thought was really thoughtful of them. Experience was great here. 😎

Thank You again Quality Inn from RM 133. Your Staff are very thoughtful and Hard working. Property neat and tidy. Very very quiet area.Rooms spacious, very Clean good size refridge, water pressure strong, hot water plentiful. Parking large plentiful space. Will return again. Had all our needs as traveling Hearing Technicians. Hotels are our daily homes so it's important to know where you will be at the end of a day, and Quality Inn Easley SC for 2 nights was home for Us. Nice suite. Much like a small efficiency apartment. Two big comfortable beds, living room with a couch and a television in both the living room and the bedroom, nice kitchenette however no oven. Place was clean. What I stay there again? Absolutely!

Great hot breakfast, nice suites. Rooms are a little dated but they are clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. The suites are two rooms redone into an apartment layout, roomy and spacious with a full kitchen. Location is great, in the middle between Clemson and Greenville. Right on route 123 near lots of restaurants and night spots.

Good hotel for the money. Comfortable beds. They also have truck parking around back and a pretty decent breakfast. Talked to the manager for a while, very nice and helpful with food recommendations in the area. Would return if back in the area.

Spoke to Cathy on the phone at length when making reservation about directions approx 40 miles away to Camp YMCA Greenville b.c we had to be there for Easter Sunrise Services. It is a very mountainous, curvy drive and we needed the closest Choice Hotel to the Camp. Cathy was super kind and informative. Then at check in on late Sat afternoon we dealt with Deana who again went out of her way to accommodate us especially for breakfast b.c we had to leave the property at 330 a.m. to get to our destination. I was allowed to get each of the 4 of us a danish, muffin, one bowl of dry cereal, and 2 bananas for our early morning trip. Would definitely stay here anytime b.c their Customer service rocks & since I.ve done C/S over 50 years I.m very picky & hard to please. We will stay here again especially next Easter. I also LOVE the "down & out" rooms where I can pull my car directly up to the door and walk straight into my room. I HATE hauling all my stuff thru a lobby, up an elevator from the inside! Thanks Quality Inn, Easley SC!! Thank you Cathy & Deana!! My only TINY complaint...it was Easter weekend, nice warm weather...my grandkids wished there had been REAL WATER in the pool not an empty pool....not a big deal but their wish.

We had a very nice stay. Room was clean, staff was very friendly, and they have a good selection of breakfast items, including some hot options.

Room was very clean & the furnishings were nice beds were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff here is amazing, Crystal Shannon and Tina have been a big help to me and I would recommend this place to stay!!!

Very clean great breakfast ... Kathy was so nice and accommodating after a bad experience down the road at days inn she let us check out room before we stayed and I'm so glad we chose to stay here

I travel for business and I have spent many a night in a variety of hotels , each with it's own unique experience , good , bad and nightmarish. Having said that , I have developed such a great fondness for The Quality Inn & Suites in Easley , that I immediately make a reservation when I learn that I'll be anywhere near the vicinity. First and Foremost , the staff is outstanding , especially Katherine , who I just cannot speak highly enough about! Always willing to go above and over the usual service , her concern for the comfort of her guests is so refreshing and there is always a ready smile and pleasant conversation to be had. The rooms are clean and comfortable , the pool is large & well maintained and at the end of the day , several awesome restaurants deliver ! I will return again , often I hope and encourage others to do so as well!

Great staff, made us feel welcome and invited us back. Clean room and bath. Bed so comfy, didnt want to get up.

Got a room by the office. Room was exceptionally clean. Beds were so comfortable. Staff was pleasant as well. Will definitely stay there again. Easley, SC

Once you learn the backroads, it is much easier to cross the highway....would not even dream of trying on foot. Pool, room & staff Great...loved the pillows.

If I gave the place 4 🌟 then it was a pretty good day/experience I think I remember staying here I even had to return to the area and I stayed in the same place so obviously it was nice

Good clean room's People friendly and helpful will be back again swimming pool wonderful.

We spent the night here last night and had a great experience they have the best breakfast in town we are so excited to open a orchid Garden Gallery across the street we love being a part of the Easley community

Very nice place to stay room we nice and so was the people would recommend it to anyone and would stay there again when in town
