Aside from the lady that checked me in , my experience was awesome!!!! The nurse was super nice & personable & the doctor really seemed to care. When you go somewhere for back pain you kinda get treated like you’re searching for narcotics. That was not the case for me and I did not feel judged at all. I would definitely go back.

Very clean facility including restroom and office. 5 stars.

I talked with two different office staff and they were very pleasant and professional. When I went to my appointment both receptionist were friendly and actually smiled. The nurse was also super friendly and professional. 5 stars as well.

Dr Neblett was very friendly, understanding and professional and knowledgeable in all areas for the reason of my visit. I would recommend him as a Dr. 5 stars.

Dr . Neblett and all of the staff were pleasant and professional. I was seen immediately after my arrival for my appointment and was finished in a timely manner. The nurse was a joy! She has a very positive and upbeat attitude.

Dr. Neblett + staff were great. They were polite, thorough, + accommodating. I am glad we were referred here + look forward to continuing our treatment.

Dr. Neblett listened to my concerns, decided a course of treatment and fixed me up. Great guy and very knowledgeable. Staff on site was also excellent from reception through to the nursing staff. X-ray equipment on site also to help with immediate diagnosis. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you have joint injury and/or pain, this is the place you want it taken care of. 5 stars!!

Am 82 year old female referred to Dr. Neblett by my PCP Dr. David Sparks for an evaluation of my diagnosis of osteoporosis. He explained the results of my bone density tests. A comprehensive review of all aspects of this disease was presented in a clear succinct manner. My questions were answered. I was amazed that there were so many viable options for medication.
Dr. Neblett is the physician to see for evaluation and or prevention of osteoporosis. Do not miss this opportunity at Complete Health Care West!

Jason have saw my husband on 2 occasions, and each visit was extremely successful, his concerns and options was very satisfying, also Jason took time to answer all concerns that was in question. Like wise David was very patient and explained everything that concern the options that was considered in the care of my Husband, the Nurses even down to the front desk receptionist was very kind and polite. I was very impressed from my experience at the front desk checking in to leaving. Efficient check in and thorough evaluation with attention to personal issues and life application made for a great experience of a horrible situation. The Dr’s table side experience was great, and a slight spice of humor with professional and personal delivery was calming and appreciated. I will be back, if I need to….. just sayin cuz I hope I don’t “have to”.
